I took an 8 year old in for some dental work, they explained they would pull his tooth with gas and numbing meds. The tech came in and the facility was out of oxygen so his tooth was pulled with only numbing meds. The facility charged for the gas prior to notifying us they had no oxygen and refused to properly refund the $175 charge. To top it all off, his antibiotics weren't sent in with correct instructions.

Claims staff is horrible.They told me my reimbursement check for $519.00 was in the mail.After two weeks still no check.So I call and they gave me the same answer.The check was just sent out.They tried to just blow me off as though it was not they're problem.They can not give any other explanation except for the check is in the mail.They have had more than enough time to resolve this issue.Not sure how or when I will receive my money,but this is ridiculous.

My experience at this clinic was disappointing. I was asked to sign for the payment amount even before the procedure, without a clear explanation of the complexity of the tooth extraction. The doctor insisted that it was an extremely complicated procedure, justifying the high cost. I trusted this, but afterward, I consulted other specialists who confirmed that the extraction was not nearly as complex as I had been told, and the price was greatly exaggerated. I felt manipulated and pressured to pay before understanding all the details. I do not recommend this doctor( Dr. Mioara) patients deserve transparency and honesty, not just expensive services without justification.
Don't go here!!! Had a 3pm appointment just left at 7:45 to pick up prescription and it wasn't ready. CVS said they are notorious for forgetting to send prescription in so I called and was told it will take another 45 mins to an hour for them to even send the prescription over which is ridiculous!! So I asked why a 3pm appointment was taking over 5 hours to complete and was told they don't do appointments which is crazy when we had one. If we didn't have an appointment then I would of totally understood the wait but why give appointments if you are not seen in a timely manner. Our family has been coming here for a few years and have never had such a bad experience. Not to mention the hot waiting room and rude receptionist.

Horrible customer service been waiting a month for a crown to be put on and can’t get it done staff is unhelpful and rude

Part of my tooth broke, so I went over there to talk to someone at the weekend...shut on the busiest day. Called and left a message, no reply. Got to talk to someone today, 5 days later and they said an appt could be booked, £90 consultation fee included an XRay, if no XRay needed to be done the cost is still £90?! How come if you don't have a service you still have to pay for it? A 55 question questionaire to answer too. My other half had come in from work, was going to take me, but then got called back out again...so I cancelled as I have no transport to get there over an hour away. You also get an unfriendly text saying if you fail to attend the appointment then you have to pay £50. Overwhelming impression of moneygrabbing / unfriendly practice...so God knows what their chairside manner is like.

Shame on this dental office, my 6 year old daughter had the worst experience here. Being here for the extraction of a baby tooth (first experience), I think this "lady doctor" should have spoken nicely, encouragingly, but she had no idea how to treat a child. She raises her voice at my daughter, telling her why she is afraid she is 6, and scares the other patients. To sit there quietly on the chair. Omg!!! I can't believe that such staff can work with children. If you don't have enough patience, you don't have to take such appointments that we pay for, dear "madam doctor". I'm sorry I didn't remember her name, but I'll make sure I come back with her name... So that the world knows who to avoid. Dear doctor, Are you behaving like this on our money? The impression this woman gave me is that she wasn't even sure what she was doing, since she had no idea how to talk to a child and how to deal with a trivial baby tooth extraction.

Biggest con there is. Every that glitters is not Gold. I had a dental cap that came undone. My usual dentist was not available for a few hours. I took a chance and went to Same Day Dentist at Asda in Watford. Everything looked OK but the cap came off the following day. I went to SDD only to be told that I had to pay again or wait to see the dentist who attended to me. I asked them to show me their policy. There was none. Then a person who called herself the assistant manager spoke with me. She said "if we do your cap today and it comes off tomorrow, do we have to do it free"? There were only patients and all staff from EU speaking in other languages and not English. I do not belief the dentist are trained to BS.

This is my second visit with in 6 months Dr. Ramona Mates always shows her professionalism, very friendly and helpful kind person.I think this dentist practice best at Watford.I highly recommend her and value for money. Finally well done Dr. Ramona great work.

My mom had a tooth abscess with extreme pain and swelling the size of a golf ball. She made an appointment and got a confirmation email. Showed up at appt time and was told her appointment wasn’t on the schedule and they were fully booked so she couldn’t be seen. I tried to call and told them we have proof that an appointment was scheduled and that she really needed to be seen and I was just told too bad they are booked up. How incredibly unprofessional to have your patients make an appointment and the be told they’re not on the schedule. By that time all other places had closed. Had she known her appointment wasn’t on the schedule despite the confirmation email she could have went somewhere else.
I needed to see dentist A.S.A.P. due to a broken tooth causing severe pain. I called during noon and was able to see a dentist within a few short hours. They were able to x-ray my teeth and get the broken tooth pulled that same night.

If i could give a 0 star i would. Went in for serious tooth pain. Was told i needed 4 teeth pulled ( my ins allotted 4 extractions/crowns/etc a year) so they took advantage of that since it was in dec. Yes 4 teeth were extracted! Dentist was short with me and not very friendly. Even though i told him there was tooth left in my gum, he stated i didnt know what i was talking about and proceeded to stitch my gums. Now that the stitches are dissolved this piece of tooth is half of the tooth that didnt even need extracted but was. So now in my gums sits the other half of a tooth that i said was still there! They refuse to see me again because my insurance wont cover it! Imagine that! So they used all ins that was allowed and wont fix their problem! Im getting a lawyer! This is 100% money racket that needs to be handled by bbb!
1) My dentist did not take much time preparing my crown. I had a crown procedure before, the dentist took a lot more time to prep the tooth surface. 2) a piece of my tooth or a piece of the crown broke off less than 48 hours after my crown was put on.
Dentist was very nice. Staff were very nice but even though I made an appointment I had to wait well over an hour.
Very professional and polite staff. Took care of my dental issue very quickly, and given their workload, very efficient. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you to staff for providing great care.
