A word of warning: DO NOT be tempted by 2Gether Insurance's low prices. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. On three separate occasions when my car broke down, they failed to help me. Every single time, I was given a poor excuse and ended up paying over £300 to sort the problem myself. Their customer service is appalling and they have no interest in honouring their policy. They are cheap for a reason because they don't provide the service you pay for. I would not recommend them to anyone and will be making sure others know about my experience.

Poor terms and policies Bought a breakdown but changed mind requested to cancel policy, requested made within few hours of policy bought. This is before the actual start date and also within cooling off period. They are still charging app 25% of the policy for leaving!!
Broke down in multi-storey car park on my own with my daughter. Called them and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I was at a complete loss as to what to do. Called back and they said they could send a specialist but would cost me £125. I said I’d see if I could find a way to get my car out of the multi-storey, I couldn’t so I called back and was then told it would cost me £350 to get a specialist out! Price had doubled within 10 mins! I told them to leave it and I got an independent guy to come help me. He towed me to a garage, the garage fixed the problem. I collected from garage and it broke down again, same problem! 🤦🏼♀️ I called the breakdown company and now they refused to come help me because I had called the day before about the problem! Even though they hadn’t come out to me, and the garage had supposedly fixed the issue! To be left alone as a woman with her young daughter I was shocked at the lack of care and concern. It took two phone calls to even be told they could send a specialist and then the have the price double within two phone calls. Honestly such bad service with absolutely no care for the customer. Not worth the money at all! Would never recommend or use again!
