"I made a purchase of Bitdefender from these folks but hadn't noticed that it was the wrong one for the UK. I retrieved the code and tried it and it failed. I went to their customer services and was told I could have "store credit". This wouldn't be an issue but the UK product cost less (1 year instead if 2) and I wouldn't be given the rest of my money back. After quite a bit of to and fro it was agreed that I could have a refund and I have bought a fresh (and correct!) license from them."

"Basically i was forced to go through an auto renewal process with Bit Defender direct on their own website after having purchased a digital key from 2GO Software. In essence, not doing due diligence on my part , having not checked the cancel auto renew from last year on bit defenders website.. It did state on 2GO softwares website you could disable the auto renewal. So basically i purchased the key/code from 2GO then tried to paste the code into the bitdefender box only to be met by an auto renewal procedure. The galling thing here is that from the auto renewal feature you have to pay the premium on bit defender the princely sum of £74.99 ouch !!. IMHO beware buying a bit defender key from 2gosoftware ,having to pay twice is frankly a kick in the chops..."

The simple process of sending me a subscription licence code to activate my chosen security software was complicated by having to validate my phone number via an SMS code. Tried numerous times and never received any code, was then blocked due to too many attempts and couldnt activate the product. Customer support solution was to just try again! Cancelled order and awaiting refund, will not use again."
