Was sceptical about changing providers. A2B called an emailed several times. At one point I sent an email saying I was not interested in signing with them at this time. I received more phone calls and said the same that I wasn’t interested but listened to what he had to say. He assured me I would make a saving and they would pay to release me from my current contract. This did not happen! So I changed to A2B. So wish I had not. No help with set up! Terminal does not do what I need. I contacted Jamie by message and he replied that I have to download reports on dashboard “it’s simple” was his words. Still not doing what I need and his response was I am on holiday will contact you next week. He could have got someone to contact me as he knew he would be away! No customer care as soon as you sign up! This company chases to get your business promises loads and does not deliver, then leaves you to manage yourself. No customer aftercare! Going back to my old provider, so all this company has done is cost me money as now I will have to pay £425 to terminate on a device I only used twice!! No payment was made to my previous provider and I was told this would be paid! Really disappointing service. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Missold contract by Dom - rang constantly and told could definitely create savings even though I mentioned I’d only just signed a contract with my current provider. Told that they cover termination fees so no need to worry. Fast forward to signing contract and starting to use the new machine … they only cover termination fees up to £400 & give them back to you after 3 months … none of this was mentioned during the call and it isn’t detailed within the contract either. Once I challenged this, communication became difficult, emails are not responded to and everything is elongated. All I want to do is end the contract with them because I can’t afford the £1400 fee they said they would pay. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I recently signed up with A2B Payments after being told by Steph, their rates would save my business money compared to my existing provider. The £15 monthly terminal cost was mentioned, but I was assured that even with this included, I would still be better off overall. That turned out not to be the case. After I signed the agreement, I was sent the full cost breakdown and quickly realised that once the terminal fee was factored in, their offer was actually more expensive than what I already had with Worldpay (who charge me £1 per month for the terminal, continuous). The savings simply didn’t exist as promised. I cancelled the agreement on the same day via email. I never used the terminal, which was returned unused. My direct debit was cancelled, and I made it clear I did not want to proceed. From that point, communication from A2B stopped. My messages were ignored, the rep went silent, and I had to chase Clover directly just to get a response. Despite everything, A2B is still trying to justify the agreement and avoid taking responsibility. This experience has been stressful and unnecessarily drawn out. If you’re a small business looking for transparency, support, and fair communication, I would not recommend A2B Payments based on my experience.
I have been using A2B for a year now. Lewis keeps me right if I have any legal obligations to fulfill. This is a company that not only offers support they provide it. I am contacted often by other providers and when they quote for my business they can only match the rate I receive they can’t save me money so bottom line good service and good rates I’m happy with that.
Paul made the transition over so simple and effortless. And making me a decent saving in the process.

I would recomend you stay well clear of this company I was totaly miss sold this by Jamie he garanteed to lower my cost from what I was paying with Dojo but in reality i am now paying more. His sale pitch was FREE machines for 6 months Lower cost on debit and credit card. He emailed me the costs that were cheaper but hever included anything in his email about any other costs. they chargw for interchange charges that are added on each transaction with these added if works out more than I was paying with dojo ... They also charge £1 per month for each of the FREE machine for the first 6 months. He never said anything about PCI.DSS charge of £4.99 per month ..(Dojo do not charge) . £20 joining fee and a paper invoice fee of £4. .. The service I am recieved when trying to sort the miss selling is awful. There attutide is that you signed the contract and you are now stuck with it .. If you do use them you will also be dealing with company called Clover who control all Termanels and payment ect My fight to cancell my contract for miss selling and no duty of care from A2B and Clover continues.
Lewis has been great in getting us set up quickly and sorting out any problems we had, he is just at the end of the phone if we need him

I recently switched to A2B payments solutions 6 weeks ago. I working with Lewis who made the transfer hassle fre/ I was concerned about setting up the hardware and software but Lewis made this very straight forward and did all this for us. He was very transparent and certainly saved us a large amount on our monthly fee’s. I would reccomend Lewis and the service he provided to anyone.
