"I took in £1000 to be exchanged into euros. I was quoted 1050 euros but when I got home it was 100euro short. The money was in 20 euro notes and 10 euro notes I could not count it in the street. I do not live near limoges so I contacted them by email on the same day and again the following day I never received a reply. They can easily check the amount I was given was incorrect as they have cameras on the desk and they know that they now have 100 euros extra in the till."
"Placed an order (my first) on 04.07. for 2 types of 1-oz silver coins, both marked as 'Opportunite', i.e. presumably on special offer. Sent identity details as demanded the same day. Nothing heard so raised a question on the website - on 22.07. I was asked to 'contact Michel' but on the same day received email to say that order had been shipped. Delivery programmed for 26.07. Nothing received on that day. Tracking stuck on "alert - delayed for operational reasons". Eventually received late on 29.07. Disappointing packaging for the value of the product - just a jiffy bag in a plastic UPS "very urgent" (was that a joke?) bag."

After posting the initial review here on the site, a normal manager finally called me and we resolved the issue in 10 minutes, followed by a quick dispatch and successful receipt of the order. The initial review is negative, at 1 star. The final review of 5 stars, in the hope that my case (successfully resolved) is an exception to the rule. Please do your best for customer feedback."
