"Super slow shipping and rude customer service.! Never again.! I made a mistake trusting these people.!"

"Complete waste of time. Ordered Dewalt Shelves and a week later the order was cancelled saying the shelves were discontinued. Still on the site with higher price and 10% discount. Poor business practice, I'll shop elsewhere."

"I ordered a set of screwdrivers on June 11, with June 17 for delivery date. It is now June 29 as of this writing and they still have not been delivered. My first email they responded they were being shipped. That was on June 22. I have sent out four further emails without a response from this company. I am now trying to get refund for the purchase that was not received. All emails go unanswered. Do not deal with this company. They have poor customer service and do not deliver as promised."
"Ordered bag, instantly they sent email confirming order. A week later tried to contact them via online and phone. No response and waited an hour on phone without getting in contact. Did the same effort to contact for 4 weeks finally on my fifth week I kindly asked to cancel order. Within 30 minutes order canceled. Do not waste your time."
"We ordered a miter saw and had to return. The initial process was easy from their site, including printing the label and easy pickup. Their posted return process on their website says it will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Not only do they not show that they even receive our order on business day 3, they also never responded to the message I sent via their website last week, and I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to finally confirm it's in their warehouse (thank goodness for FEDx delivery proof). They now say it will take 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. This was our first experience with this company. We don't do business with people who post one truth and live a different one. We call that lying to customers. We won't be back."

"I ordered an item on 19 Jun 2026. Per my order confirmation, the item was expected to be delivered by 6/11 - 6/13. The item was shipped on 6/11 - well after I would've expected an order for delivery in the stated timeframe. Tracking is horrific, and once I saw they shipped it via USPS, I knew their timeframe was unrealistic. on 19 June, I submitted a query via their website & got this reply: -------- Hello David, Thank you for contacting Acme Tools. Your order 405XXXXX has shipped via USPS tracking number 94346501057XXXXXXXXXXX. I've included a link to the tracking information below for your convenience. Link to USPS Tracking Thank you, Amanda Acme Tools Customer Support -------- This is unacceptable customer service. It has been almost two weeks since I ordered this item, and my project has been on hold the entire time. Their timelines and lack of customer support are unbelievable....I will not recommend them to anyone...in fact, I will warn people to stay clear of this company."
"This company came up in a spam email 'decorated' as one of their noble suppliers- disguised, like a scam. I didn't realize it until after the order, but man did I realize it. Four months to get five small but normal tools I could've bought at a Home Depot or Lowes. I never got the last two items, or the refund they still need to send me, six months later. Holy S**! These people just steal your money, why bother designing a scam when you can just steal it?"
"Ordered a wand for my backpack sprayer 3 weeks ago,got a update today that it shipped. It will get here sometime in July, I can only assume it is beeing delivered via turtle"

"Ordered a lawn spreader 8pm June 9th received June 13th. 30 pound pkg FedEx ground. I have bought drone Acme Tools before with no problem."
"ordered 1 cnc bits, hasn't shipped in over a month , called i was told to wait 3 more weeks, why even have a website at this point if you don't fulfill orders from it!? take your business elsewhere it ain't worth it"
"⭐ 1/5 — Do Yourself a Favor and Read the Reviews FIRST (Like I Didn't)* I placed an order on June 1st for two items — one in stock, one a preorder. I canceled **both** items. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Acme Tools shipped the in-stock item anyway, completely ignoring my cancellation. And here's where it gets worse: they also billed me for the preorder item — the one that **hasn't even shipped yet**. Charging customers for items that haven't been fulfilled is not standard retail practice, and frankly, it shouldn't be legal. I sent the shipped item back "return to sender" since I never authorized it to go out in the first place. After this experience I did what I should have done *before* ordering — I checked Trustpilot and the BBB. The pattern is impossible to ignore: canceled orders that ship anyway, items billed before delivery, broken promises on delivery dates, and customer service that either ignores you or tells you there's nothing they can do. These aren't isolated incidents. There are **dozens** of nearly identical complaints. Save your money. Save your time. Save yourself the headache of disputing charges with your bank. There are plenty of reputable tool retailers — Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, even direct from Milwaukee or DeWalt — where your cancellation actually means something and you won't be charged for items sitting in a warehouse. **Acme Tools earned every one of those 1-star reviews. Don't add yourself to the list.**"

"I ordered a pair of pliers from the Acme Tools website on 5/9/26 and received an order confirmation email stating an expected delivery date of 5/14-5/16. On 5/21, I emailed Acme Tools customer service asking for an update on the status of the order. I received a reply on 5/22 stating that the order would be shipping in the next 5-7 business days. I asked that the order be cancelled as it was now well past the promised delivery date and did not wish to wait another 5-7 days for the item to ship. I received a shipping notification email on 5/23 providing a tracking number. The package was received by USPS on 5/26 and delivered to me on 6/1. The overall experience is disappointing as Acme Tools seems to not actually have items available for delivery within the promised timeframe. My item was delivered over two weeks late without explanation or apology. The lack of communication and explanation for the delay ensures I will not be doing any business with Acme Tools in the future."
"I wish I had checked their ratings here before ordering. Absolutely horrible ordering experience. It took 25 days for my order to arrive. Just stick to Amazon"
"I would give zero stars if it were possible. I bought a riding mower from ACME Tools and they tried to up-charge us 2K to have their shipper deliver our order to our house after it was already in transit. They then refused to refund us the 6K we spent on the mower until it was returned back to them. Avoid ACME tools at all costs."

"Extremely disappointed with Acme Tools’ customer service, communication, and delivery timelines. I ordered a battery in April with an estimated delivery window of May 1–8. That date came and went with absolutely no communication. I only found out there was a delay after reaching out myself once the delivery window had already passed, and was then told it likely won’t arrive until late July. Waiting nearly 3 months for a battery is outrageous. Delays happen, but failing to proactively communicate with customers or offer any real resolution is unacceptable customer service. Don’t even bother sending emails either — in my experience, they won’t reply unless you continue chasing them down yourself. At this point, I’d honestly suggest going with another company, even if it costs slightly more. At least you’ll actually receive your product in a reasonable timeframe. After this experience, I’d also suggest people trust what others are saying in the reviews. Unfortunately, the complaints about communication and fulfillment seem to be accurate. This feels like a company operating with a terrible business model that leaves customers paying the price. I’m also becoming very skeptical of this so-called “back order.” Maybe I’m wrong, but my gut is telling me these aren’t even new products they’re waiting on. The lack of transparency throughout this entire process makes it hard to trust what’s actually going on. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not a company I can confidently recommend."
"Terrible customer support. Not willing to help at all."

"Even though I am seeing negative reviews here, but my experience was very good with acmtools, No complaints"

"These people are con artists just like the rest of the wholesalers on tick tock order 366 piece tool on March 14th was told that it be delivered anywhere between April 8th and the 18th and it is now the 22nd I haven't seen them haven't heard nothing from them reached out to the customer service and haven't got a response back on that yet either there's just very poor communication I really don't seem like they care about nobody as long as they get their money that's all that matters. Any reputable company with at least send out an email or something apologize for the delay or let you know there was going to be a delay for these people ain't reached out or nothing and I just feel like I might have been getting scammed guess we'll see I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I would have even made an order with them because if I would have I would have made the order"
"Purchased two top of the line DeWalt saws. A miter saw and a table saw. Within days of my purchase both Home Depot and Lowe’s had a sale on both saws at a price several hundred dollars less than Acme Tools. Both Home Depot and Lowe’s are authorized retailers with free shipping and a couple hundred in stock. Upon examining the sales of the aforementioned retailers for exact model numbers etc. I called Acme Tools to inquire about their “LOW PRICE GUARANTEE”. I was told by two different customer service reps, that though the sales prices were on the exact same models, they only match Home Depot and Lowe’s everyday msrp. prices, not sales or discounted offerings. So, basically a bogus “LOW PRICE GUARANTEE”. I jumped through all their hoops and am currently in the process of returning bot saws!"
"Half the order shipped. No status on the other half. No communication, no timeframe offered. This is not an online company to do business with if you value your time. It is unfortunate that with all of the criticisms, they continue to affect customers in this manner."
