"WITHOUT PREJUDICE Hello folks, A deal was made by Adam Caldwell property consultant, to forward 5k cashback in November 2024 as he convinced me to pull away from a deal made with RW invest, I lost my deposit and was told advantage would give me the 5k on 10% exchange. I was told this “was a no brainer “ I placed trust in them. Needless to say, this was not honoured, and after multiple conversations with the director Mr Adam Barnabus Wood, and assurances from an in person meet, this has not been paid. I keep getting told “we have no money” That in itself should raise alarm bells. I expect a made up BS response from Advantage, be under no illusions its spoof and waffle to deflect from their position. I am not one for leaving negative reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience since communications have broken. Just so people are aware, The reply below is a total lie, the 5000 cashback was due on 10 % exchange as per all correspondence I have, also there was no lies from any accountant or issue with getting a mortgage. The issue was the property valuation did not amount to what was in your guided brochure meaning I required 33% LTV from the bank. I wouldn’t expect anything less than that BS from you Adam, and we will be addressing this in court. Thank you 👍"
