The customer service is deplorable when I order batteries I am told that the delivery is made. The payment has gone through I'm still waiting a few days I see that the delivery but it's not done yet I still see a tracker that has been put on the batteries it means that even though there is something that has been sent but When I still receive the code but it tells me that it is delivered but it is not delivered I contact it we will tell the company in question I contact the company in question I am told that all the batteries were out of stock and that a refund will be Just lost in a crazy time
It took an unnecessary amount of time to resolve a warranty problem. The bike is great
False promise of delivery next day, I ordered bike with them week ago but still no sign of shipment, when called they said bike is getting ready and will take week time because its e-bike, don't know what needs to be ready in bike :) , they don't had any answer on my promise of next day delivery. SO to get orders they are fooling people by saying delivery next day
