When we arrived the driver was a half hour late and we had to call the emergency number. On the return the driver never turned up in our return journey. I booked online and made sure the right dates and times were in. Sent a text to the company 1 hour before pick up and they said it was all in hand. When the driver never turned up we called and they said the driver would be an hour, we would have missed our flight. We then Booked a taxi quickly for €80 and sent a complaint in when I got home. They said I booked the return transfer for the same day I arrived. Go figure. Do not use this company.
Very reliable and safe service for 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Booking was easy with the ability to add on the car seats for a small fee. Will use again!
From the start it was as simple and easy normally you struggle to find the driver or they haven't arrived . We had a amazing driver ! The driver was amazing! Like a personal tour guide gave us tips of spots to eat and places to go with the children honestly couldn't fault the service

From booking to pick up at the airport everything was as expected. The return trip to the airport was excellent as our driver was so brilliantly patient with us as we had an issue that delayed us, he was more than willing to wait for us and got us to the airport in time for our flight. Arrived at Tenerife airport. Could not see anyone or a sign with my name on for the driver. Asked at several stations for transfers & no one knew. Seemed disorganised collection arrangements. Called the number given & they chased my driver up. This took a while and he finally came. Nice driver. Apologised.The minibus was of a good standard & had a/c. Return. Very old big minibus ( for about 15 people but only 4 of us.) NO A/C!!! It was very very hot. And we were in a traffic jam. Not acceptable. The seat belts do not work either.

Very easy to book online with a good price. We got our confirmation and payment receipt emails immediately after booking. Taxi was a beautiful clean people carrier and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend this company and driver.
