Had a front load washer dryer delivery from Samsung for which I had already paid for delivery charges. The delivery folks needed to do a small lift to take it to bathroom however they were hesitant. Not at all helpful and just fighting. Finally when I offered to pay extra they did it instantly which says a lot... really disappointed...

Excellent courier service. Courteous & actually delivered right to my door, where other delivery companies "DPD, FedEx, Evri, Amazon" to name but a few leave packages on the ground floor.. A delivery company, I had never heard of. Did a better job than any other courier

The service provided met all expectations. Delivered on time, in good condition, with friendly and obliging couriers. The only hiccup was that the polite and helpful lady ringing up about the delivery day, promised to ring up before hand and give us an estimated time. No call came, but fortunately, we were at home and and able to accept delivery.

ATI were so good, had a email the night before, telling me an approx drlivery time. day of delivery I was able to track my order and about an hour before delivery Kevin and Mark called me to tell me they were on their way. Kevin and Mark deliverd my package on time and were really good to where i wanted it to be placed. They were both great and would really recomend then if they are doing deliveries for you. Thanks guys.
