The cancellation and unsubscribe options were unnecessarily difficult to find, which made the billing process feel deliberately misleading. To make matters worse, the learning material was low quality and did not justify the price. I contacted the company regarding the unexpected charge and expect a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Customers should carefully review the billing terms and monitor their statements before purchasing."
