"Extremely disappointing experience with Alpha Futures. I had multiple support tickets closed abruptly right after opening them, wasting over two hours of my time. First, they failed to warn customers about combined Daily Loss Limits (DLL) over Labor Day, which directly caused trading issues. On top of that, when experiencing order rejection errors, support simply gave generic canned responses or escalated the issue only to shut down the chat without providing any real solution or compensation. When you try to reopen a ticket to get actual help, an automated AI system instantly shuts it down, stating not to open further tickets. Zero customer care, terrible communication, and complete dismissal of legitimate user issues. I am still demanding proper compensation or a replacement account for the platform's failures. Avoid."

Your payouts go from approved to flagged with 0 explanation. Payouts take over 30 business days to get to your account. The firm is in free fall. A shame really."
