So far my experience in alpha capital is verygood,Two days back i encountered a kyc issue that when i applied kyc i asked help from my brother and the saw him while kyc so my kyc got rejected and they told that i lost my account,i lost all my hopes,when i explained this matter in trust pilot they contacted me and understood my innocense and after a risk interview i got my account back,Thank you Louie Slack(Junior Operations Manager) for helping me sort this issue out,after risk interview i recieved funded account and everything going fine.Guys the only issue people in trust pilot talking is about this KYC issue,if you are a genuine trader Alpha Capital gonna pay you,But you should be genuine..

I’m disappointed that my KYC was rejected based on a false allegation claiming the picture I submitted was of another male. This is completely untrue — all documents and photos were genuinely mine. The other person didn’t even take any picture; it seems the verification team captured or matched an image themselves, which I don’t understand how. This looks like a clear verification error. I kindly request Alpha Capital Group to review my case and allow a reverification opportunity. I truly value the firm and believe in its professionalism, so I hope this issue is handled fairly and promptly.
I had a few questions about account rules and payouts so I messaged support to clearly understand the rules, etc. I had an initial super quick reply and in depth responses given by the goat Ayodeji! Simple and transparent, couldnt ask for a better service.

Account number 1863521 I tryed alpha capial group when they did giveaway free 5k account i passed phase 1 and failed phase 2 becouse of my mistake but i always has somthing for alpha capital group. They are trusted even for 5 or 6 figure payout. I failed this but I'm 100% sure I'm gonna buy again

I just completed Phase 2 with Alpha Capital 24 hours ago and am currently awaiting KYC verification. I submitted my KYC documents over 24 hours ago, but I haven’t received confirmation yet. That said, my trading experience with Alpha Capital during Phase 1 and Phase 2 has been very satisfying. Their platform is user-friendly, and the overall process has been smooth. However, I noticed a few instances of slippage when the price hit TP, but this didn’t significantly impact the overall experience. I’m very pleased with their service so far and look forward to continuing my journey with a funded account. I’ll consider upgrading this review to 5 stars after gaining experience with the funded account. Thank you, Alpha Capital, for this opportunity!
