"They have been very personable and easy to work in person. I have a checking account with them. My only concern is the extremely tight security. They have two or three factor security on everything. I can not ever call the 1-800 number to get my balance of my account. It goes inactive if you don't call it each week. Obviously, it is a problem if even the owner of the account can not get a balance."
"This bank is not geared for online banking. Its procedures for opening a new account are cumbersome. Then, once you log into your account, the bank requires additional verification every time you want to do anything. So I closed my account. They returned the balance but deducted $25 for an "early closing fee." That fee might be explained somewhere, but I can't find it. When I complained about the fee, I received no reply."
