"Incompetent staff, poor trainers and totally disorganised. Completed the Delivery of Physical Intervention Course in November 2022 and still waiting for the certificate. Communication with them is non-existent, never answer the phone or reply to emails ... I would never use them again or recommend anyone uses them ... DO NOT USE!!!"
