"I have been on the phone for hours with representatives at Capital Group regarding information on rolling over an 401K distribution from a former employer to an existing IRA account. I was transferred numerous times to different departments where each representative gave me different information and also incorrect information per the other representatives I had spoken to. They were no help what so ever-even being rude at times!! I never received an answer to my issue!! Very Disappointed and I finally gave up! I will post this review on all social media sites to make potential customers aware of what to expect when doing business with them! I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company-you may regret it!"

And when they get called out on something crooked they did, they send expensive lawyers to lie and bully for them. They are a vile company. Truly vile. Rotten to the core."
"I have always like this company, I needed them to write a letter saying that I will have them for another 40 months , they stated that they can not do this,so I asked them to state the amount In the account, they stated that they can not do that, all they can do Is put In the date when I started the account, that's ok then, but It did not work for AAG , In which I was trying to get a reverse Mortgage."
