"I have experienced of this company, the bad thing is they are not transparent from the beginning with me they told me I can start as low as $150 but I stand now by more then 40000 from all the fees I pay after each step the broker manager told me is this last fee just found out there is another fee , I’m lost all the money I pay cause of their dishonesty"

"i have requested a withdrawal via wire transfer amount of 460 over a year ago and it been pending until it got declined, then i put in a withdrawal request for the same amount on may 3,2026 and its been almost two months with no update, i’ve emailed support and used the on site chat and gotten no response from support via email and can only talk to a bot on site. it’s a graveyard for your money. they really demotivate traders. don’t deposit with them."

"If I could give 0 stars it would be be for APEX MARKETS. My withdrawal been pending for over a week now. It’s very easy to deposit but they only do WIRE TRANSFER for WITHDRAWAL and you will not get your profit earned. Stay far away from these scammers. The service is very poor and terrible. If your a profitable trader that enjoys withdrawing and getting your withdrawal same day then stay AWAY from this broker. You will not see your profits and I wished I had looked at the reviews before depositing anything with this broker. The market last is fast and I love when withdrawals are processed fast. At this point I think this whole broker is operating fraudulently and to save yourself the trouble just find another broker. Try gates fx or plexy, they are more reliable pertaining withdrawals and deposits. STAY FAR FROM APEX MARKETS. *edit I made a mistake but I’m talking APEX MARKETS, they are scammers and the platform and service sucks. They are operating fraudulently by withholding clients profits and claim they only process withdrawals via wire transfers and it can take up to 2 years. That’s if they are real and indeed pay their clients their funds in reasonable time."

"Pending withdrawal — no response, no payment I submitted a withdrawal request of $400 USD on March 10, 2026. I received confirmation from Apex Markets stating the request was received and would be processed via wire transfer. Several weeks later, I still have not received my funds. I sent multiple follow-up emails on May 2 and May 6 requesting an update, but received no response from support. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A company handling financial transactions should communicate properly and process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe. I cannot recommend Apex Markets based on my experience. UPDATE: May 28th 2026 Thank you for your response. To clarify, my account balance was approximately $440 USD, however after the stated fee deduction, the withdrawal amount expected was approximately $400 USD, which is why I referenced $400 in my original review. My concern remains that the withdrawal has still not been completed and the funds have not yet been received. I would also like to clarify that communication was not continuous throughout this process. There were periods where I received no meaningful updates and I had to repeatedly follow up myself before receiving responses. The request to resend the confirmation screenshot only occurred after my Trustpilot review was posted. Most importantly, your latest email confirmed that the withdrawal request is still currently pending review by the accounts department. As of today, no payment date or transfer confirmation has been provided. I am simply sharing my genuine customer experience and hope this matter can now be resolved professionally and promptly."

"*Update 5/24/26* I filed disputes with my bank in March, and I received a refund on my initial investment. Apex terminated my account for filing the dispute, but I got my money back. Don't trade with this broker. *Update 3/23/26* Apex Markets has now stated that my account was “zeroed out” due to a breach and that I was informed of this policy. This is the first time I have been told that a breach would result in my balance being reduced to zero, and no clear explanation or evidence of any violation has been provided. They also claimed that I requested an investigation into my account. This is not accurate. I submitted a withdrawal request, after which my account was flagged and an investigation was initiated by their team. Prior to that, there were no issues raised about my trading activity. Additionally, their communication has been inconsistent. I was initially told my account was classified as breached following a completed review, and later told the investigation was still ongoing. Most recently, I was informed that the investigation is now “paused” unless my review is modified. At this time, my funds remain inaccessible, and I am still waiting for a clear explanation of any specific rule violation and a resolution regarding my account balance. I remain open to updating this review if the matter is resolved transparently and fairly. *Update 3/22/26* Apex Markets has informed me that the investigation into my MT5 account has been “paused” due to the review I submitted. This conflicts with earlier communications, which indicated my account was classified as breached and the investigation closed. I have formally requested the return of my full account balance, including my initial deposit and profits, and I am awaiting a transparent resolution. My review reflects my genuine experience based on the information available to me at the time. I remain open to updating it once the matter is fully clarified and resolved. *Update 3/19/26* After posting my original review, Apex Markets responded stating that my case is still “under investigation,” which contradicts their earlier communication where my account was already classified as “breached” and encouraged to open and fund another account. I have since reached out for clarification on whether the investigation is actually ongoing and what the timeline is, as well as formally requested the return of my full account balance. At this time, I am still waiting for a clear and consistent explanation regarding: * What specific rule was violated * Why my funds are being withheld * Whether the investigation is complete or still in progress I remain open to updating this review if the matter is resolved transparently and fairly. I will continue to document any meaningful updates. *Original Review 3/17/26* I had a very disappointing experience with Apex Markets. I deposited $1,104 and traded normally using a consistent, risk-managed strategy. After making approximately 35% in profit over about a month, my account was suddenly flagged by their system and placed under review. I fully cooperated with support, explained my strategy in detail, and provided evidence of legitimate trading activity. I do not use high-frequency trading, arbitrage, hedging, or any prohibited strategies. After 9 days, I was told my account was “breached,” but they refused to provide any specific reason or evidence. My account was permanently closed and my funds were withheld. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. They claim I violated policies but cannot explain how. Instead of resolving the issue, they encouraged me to open a new account and deposit more money. This experience raises serious concerns about how profitable traders are treated on this platform. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and not risk funds they cannot afford to lose"

"Apex Markets is, without question, one of the most alarming experiences I’ve had with any so-called broker. Massive Red Flag 🚩- it’s a scam and most of the 5 star reviews are fake or paid , read their genuine reviews which are all speak volume of their scam . I wish I had read before signing up, I deposited my OWN money, traded with my OWN capital, accepted over $13,000 in losses without a single issue from them. The moment I finally recovered part of my losses and became profitable, suddenly my MT5 account was labelled “breached” by some mysterious AI system for “highly systematic trading.” Since when did disciplined trading become a violation on a REAL brokerage account? This is not a prop firm challenge account. This was a live funded account using my own deposited money. Yet they operate with the same tactics prop firms are criticised for: vague accusations, meaningless statistics, hidden “compliance” language, and arbitrary account restrictions the moment a client performs well. Their explanation? “Uniqueness score 16.4%.” “29 patterns across 177 trades.” Complete nonsense designed to sound technical enough to confuse clients while avoiding transparency. A genuine broker facilitates trading and earns commission from volume. It does NOT erase accounts, weaponise AI buzzwords, and behave like a casino refusing to cash out a winning customer. I strongly urge traders to stay far away from Apex Markets. There are serious questions that regulators, payment processors, Visa, Mastercard, and financial authorities should be asking about this company and its practices. Aviod them at all cost"
