They didn't even let me use the trial period. Somehow, I ended up with a debt of 2 cents on my balance, which resulted in my access to all proxies being blocked. And the minimum deposit on the website is $15. I don't recommend it.
I'am a newbie in connections and they are so easy. Great.
This service turned out to be completely unreliable. Traffic is deducted from your balance even when you’re not using their proxies, and your balance can just disappear in no time. I contacted support, but they just keep passing you from one manager to another and never actually solve the problem. In the end, they gave me some compensation traffic, but just a couple of hours later my account was banned without any explanation. I absolutely do not recommend this service! Your money will be wasted, there’s no real support, and there’s a very high risk of being blocked after you reach out for help.
They were hq but in the past months i either get proxies that are 1) offline 2) very slow 3) low trust score (<30/100). Would love to use this service again but at the moment its just a waste of time. Edit 18/04: Nothing has changed after contacting support multiple times. The reply below this review also changed nothing. I switched to another provider.
wrong location when you`re choose country/town. Also it is slow and awful support

I just created my first account on Dolphin, and they provided me with the "free proxy from Asocks" promotion. I tried to use it, and in 2 minutes, I got banned. It looks like a fake promotion to me. From the support, nothing helpful. With such an approach, I see no way I will use their paid plans, even if I can afford them, and I'm paying for many services.
Was given a promotional offer to test before I buy their larger data plans. I got 2mins into visiting a game website and my account was flagged for breaking the terms of agreement. Terrible service and their payment system is literally made for hackers to pay with crypto.

I have contacted customer support many times and your answer is always the same, you refused to accept the problem. So you don't value your customers! Also, if you value your customers, you would have already checked my complaints that I sent, since I added the same email to Trustpilot as on your service.
I never thought I'll be this frustrated to the point I'll be here writing a review of the first ever proxy server I used in my life. In the past they were good although residential or mobile gets detected as proxies but recreating them usually solved the issue 75% of the time. but from the past 5 to 6 month till now 7 January 2025, I keep experiencing DNS leaks 90% of the time what am I even saying it should be 100% cause the DNS at first may show it from that country if you are that lucky, then later shows a different country, it's so crazy In the past they were not this bad concerning DNS leaks, I don't know what happened suddenly things just went south and down hill, JesusChrist!!!!!!!!. From my experience at least customer support do answer, but they never solved the DNS leak issues when I reported it, they told me create another residential or mobile IP, I should reload, I should whitelist and all other sort of nonsense that never solved the DNS leak. I regretted not checking out reviews before patronizing them. It would have been better if the DNS wasn't even detected then I wouldn't be here but it's the otherwise.
Terrible experience with this company. They force users to use very unusual browsers like Dolphin, AdsPower. This proxy never works for Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. And their support is really awful.
It was a great provider, but the proxies i tried in the last weeks almost never work. In the past they were fast and always working. Now i have to switch to a different provider. If your proxies are the same high quality as before i might come back, but atm its unusable.
I was Facing Bad Proxies results. All your Proxies Detected By all Platforms After Changing ip by Asocks. All there Proxies Are detected As Proxy and Also Blacklisted. I have Very Bad Experience with These Asocks Proxies and Some cause of Banned my accounts to detected Anonymous Proxy.
Forget about your money if you decide to try these proxies. They do not work in most cases, and when you try to request a refund - you will be denied 100%. It is very interesting how many customers lost their 15$. The worst experience you can get only with Asocks. I do not recommend to anyone. UPD: Pathetic service. They wrote a return policy to not return your money. So funny.
Useless service immediately suspend they account saying they can't share the reason. Just frauds
I like the service, but they are misleading. I saw the price, topped up my account and started using it, then I found out that they were charging me 5 times more than expected. After contacting support, they told me that I was seeing prices for a future tariff that would be used next month, but now the old prices are in effect. The question is then why am I seeing future prices and not current ones?
Do not buy this. They suspend accounts for no reason and the service is slow
