"We have a plan with Aspire for about ten years. Our account is owner directed. Aspire makes it difficult to communicate and reorganize our account. Our financial advisor was not permitted to take control over the account. I just was on the phone waiting for 30 min again and then was moved into the ‘we will call you back’ category. The automated response said something about calling back the next business day. On the positive side they did call back within the hour, however the consultant was inexperienced and could not answer our questions. We were promised to get a response and we are currently still waiting. Addendum: No response (the agent needed to get ‘more experienced people’ involved. It’s not enough to take our money and charge fees. I expect service and cooperation. It’s disappointing to say the least. This involves our retirement security. It seems like Aspire does not take their job seriously."
