"Looks great on paper, but once you start using the app, it feels like nothing more than a cash grab. I can't stand companies that operate this way. They lure you in with a "$1 for 7 days" trial, but before the trial period was even over, they attempted to charge me $400. That kind of business practice is misleading and leaves a terrible impression. I completely lost trust in the platform after that experience. I would not recommend it to anyone."

They promise a seamless, automated e-commerce journey, but the reality is a frustrating maze of terrible support, non-existent guidance, and a constant stream of hidden fees that make the platform completely not worth the price. To start, there is no proper guide or structured onboarding on how to actually use the software. They just throw you into a complex dashboard with zero clear direction. If you want to set up automated fulfillment, you have to blindly stumble through different settings menus, global rules, and supplier tabs, trying to figure out why your settings keep reverting or why your pricing rules are conflicting. For a platform that charges this much, you would expect comprehensive, step-by-step documentation, but instead, you are left to figure it out through trial and error. When you inevitably run into a glitch and need help, you hit a brick wall with their horrible customer service. The wait times are absolutely brutal. If you have an urgent issue with an order or a payment, expect to wait hours or even days just to get a response. And when you finally do get a reply, it’s completely useless. You are forced to battle a frustrating AI chatbot that circles you back to the same unhelpful articles. If you manage to get a "live" agent, they just give you generic, scripted answers that don't address your specific problem. They take absolutely zero accountability for system bugs. Finally, the pricing structure is predatory. The base subscription is already expensive, but what they don't tell you upfront is that the base plan barely covers anything. Once you're in, you are hit with constant hidden charges and subscription add-ons. Want the software to actually process your orders automatically? That’s an extra monthly add-on fee. Want to use their AI optimizer? You have to buy separate credits. Want to actually ship an order? You have to pay for individual "order tokens" on top of the wholesale cost and your monthly fees. They nickel-and-dimer you for every single automated action. By the time you pay for the main plan, the order processor add-on, the order credits, and the AI features, you’ve spent a fortune before even making a single sale. Save your sanity and your capital—AutoDS is absolutely not worth the money."
