I bought an "excellent" condition Macbook pro m1 max with 32gb ram and 1tb storage. it came with a battery of "normal quality" - flagged in the system settings with under 90% battery health. the battery is not behaving properly, discharging around 15-20W constantly in idle mode, dropping 1% every few minutes which is highly suspicious even from a used battery with 90% health. the power adapter that came with the macbook was a cheap knockoff of the Apple original 140W powerbrick which immediately showed it's broken state. it kept connecting and disconnecting when charging the macbook, the power adapter gets insanely hot, etc... I wouldn't be so angry if i could have quickly solved this with customer service, but they are straight out terrible, gaslighting and going again't their own policies. I requested to either get a functional (Apple original preferably) power adapter since the received one was faulty or get a reimbursement of the cost of the original Apple adapter. they constantly kept refusing to take the faulty brick back, saying it is not even an obligation for the seller to include the brick at all. This is ridiculous, as the power adapter symbol is shown on the order page of the device, meaning it is an included accessory which must be working and meeting the EU safety certifications(as it is sold in the EU), which it clearly isn't. Then is the battery of the macbook. I bought the macbook in the "excellent" condition. I didn't choose a new battery, but when it is advertised as "excellent" condition, the battery as well should meet that criteria. it is drawing abnormal amount of power in idle (20w which is insane), and dropping 1% every few minutes, couldn't get near the 12-14 hour mark for light computer use which at 90% battery health should be at least 10-12hours. Please do NOT buy from them, if you run into any problems with your refurbished device, their customer service will go to all lengths to keep you dissatisfied with a faulty device. I guess Apple certified refurbished would be a much better option. hopefully this helped you before deciding to buy something expensive.

They sell SIM locked phones. Either you spend additional 30-50 bucks to unlock it via some shady website, or send it back. If your phone just broke and you need a new on ASAP (bc you need it for work), you can't just wait for returns and the shipment of a new phone. So you have to deal with dodgy unlock sites. Unacceptable.

Bought a laptop. I had to send it twice back because the SSD size was wrong. Both times the laptop came back with the same SSD. The only thing I have for the seller is resentment, and for BackMarket, well, I have just dissatisfaction. Inflexible customer support with no balls.

The Apple Pencil that I bought loses its charge even when I don't use it. I charged it fully, used it for a few minutes and the next time I needed it and expected it to work it was out of charge. Not what I thought I was buying.

Incompetent !!! Do not use this company! Customer service does not seem to be able to understand emails sent in German and English. Though my iphone was sent back to the seller in France and I have proof from parcel tracking they are incapable of refunding me my money. Bestards!

Im writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the condition of my phone upon its return after complaint. I sent in my phone for repair with the expectation that it would be returned in the same condition I sent it—free from any further damage. However, I have received the phone back with noticeable damage that was not present when I sent it. I have always taken great care of my device, keeping it protected in a leather case that fully covered the phone from the start. This case has kept the phone in pristine condition. Therefore, it is particularly upsetting to see that the phone was returned to me with damage that I did not cause.However, this new damage is completely unrelated to the issue I initially reported.

==Galaxy Watch 4 Classic GPS version== On 08.09.24, I have ordered GWC4 GPS/BT version in Excellent state. Delivered to me in AT by FedEx on 10.09.24 morning. So the delivery is certainly prompt and successful. On the other hand, however, now I share my experience related to after-delivery about the ordered items and the customer service of backmarket together with the seller (BAFOBU). 1.) I was sent a "different size" than the one written in the market descriptions/specifications (different than what I was expecting)! In the descriptions it was explicitly written that "1.36 inch (i.e. 46mm), and 52 gr watch", however, they sent me a "1.19inch, i.e., 42mm watch"! This is the first issue (pay attention to misleading webpage descriptions before booking!, unbelievable..)! 2.) The charger which came together with the ordered watch is NOT an original samsung quick charger, but rather a simple one by which it took ~5hours initially to charge the empty watch they sent! These two issues have been immediately directed to backmarket.at, with proofs of visuals etc (I have all the proofs)! The customer service facility of backmarket.at is simply poor; after a week of irrelevant and "rare" communications, they said they can only say to me that I can return the item, then accordingly they may refund. Especially, after experiencing heavily the poor quality (non-serious) of the customer service of backmarket.at together with being ignored several days etc, I only think this would only be a further and further waste of time for me to deal with.. In fact, with all my good intentions, I just was wanting to have a compromise with the company so that we can get over all the unsatisfactory situations caused solely by them (backmarket & BAFOBU verkäufer). They could have send an original charger, and/or offered a simple discount for all the troubles and mistakes they made! However, they did not want/intend to! In short, my first purchase from backmarket.at was unpleasant! Their customer service is POOR! I think, the backmarket (& also Bafobu verkäufer) is NOT serious enough for online bookings! Never again! 1 star only for the prompt and nice delivery. I do NOT recommend backmarket (& Bafobu, the seller)!

Really bad customer service, my phone was lost during delivery and they took so long trying to sort it out I ended up asking for my money back. Plus I've ended up with a phone case with no phone to put in it! Go to another d company, don't use this one!

Wasn't really satisfied with the last product that I purchased from Back Market. I got a Huawei Phone that worked just fine but unfortunately had a very poor battery performance. Was expecting a very decent overall piece of equipment. I am not so sure about another purchase from Back Market anymore since I am generally not that fond of returning packages.

Twice I ordered a smartphone that never arrived. The first time, after waiting for a week, I was told that the retailer had cancelled the order because the phone had been stolen. I received my money back and, as compensation, a 5% voucher for my next purchase. I used this voucher to order a new phone and, surprise, surprise, the dealer cancelled the order again a few days later. Please don't waste your time on this platform.

Super fast delivery to Germany. Condition of two devices which I ordered was perfectly adequate to description. One issue is the charger for second phone. It seems like it has too high voltage because when the smartphone is charging you cant write messages. touch screen treats precised clicks in various ways as a missclicks or any clicks. I highly recommand Backmarket. Let's save the planet :D
