I’m deeply disappointed with this company. I placed an order that was never delivered, and without even coming to my address, they sent it straight back to the sender. No one took the time to review my case, understand what happened, or offer any real help. Now I’m left without the product, without my money, and without any clear answer on how they plan to fix this. A total lack of responsibility and respect towards the consumer. I will not buy here again.

I paid for an iPhone 13 mini with a new battery. What I got: 83% health, 800+ cycles. That’s years of wear, not new. Back Market’s tactic: sell old batteries as new, then toss you a token refund when caught. Gross and scammy

I ordered a refurbished Olympus EM1 II. By arrival there were more than 172000 on the shuttercount , the sensor was dirty and the condition was NOT GOOD. This is not refurbished but an old , used second hand one. First and last time i ordered something here.

The worst service I have ever gotten. I ordered with fast delivery a new iphone 13 to find out a week later it was lost and not delivered to me. I communicated that I need it fast and I need the situation to be resolved but was left for 2 weeks waiting with no response from anyone with update on my purchased phone.
