"I bought an iPhone 15 in great condition and that is exactly what I got. No scratches on the glass or back, only a tiny dent on the side and little wear on cameras’ coloured edges. Battery health 85% and delivery was very fast. Only concerns I had were that the phone is from Japan’s market which made it impossible to turn off the camera sound, but even that issue was solved simply by putting in my sim card. Also I did not have an Apple ID yet and when I tried creating one, the phone said that too many Apple ID’s have been created on this device. So I had to use my old phone to create one on the Apple website and then signed in with that. I was quite sceptical ordering from Back Market but was pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend! Although I will say that I’ve only had this phone for a couple of days so there is no guarantee an issue won’t come up later."

"Warranty not honored. I bought a phone from Bakcmarket that broke some weeks before end of warranty period with a well knonw manufacturing defect. Backmarket delayed issuing a return address until warranty period ended despite me being in contact almost daily. Now the seller Cellshark BV behind backmarket says they received the phone after end of warranty period. So no warranty repair."

Still they havent sent packaging label, after month already, so that I could sent wrong product back. This BM is just the Hub and real sellers are totally something else, money collector. No one take responsible in this company. There isnt any contact information awailable so that I could eskalate the situation. Customer contact "center" is useless, everytime different person and issue still ongoing. They tried already close the case too. I dont buy from them ever again and if you like to have right product and easy life, then you dont buy from them either! There are so many reliable companies were this would never happen. "I purchased a used device in "very good" condition, meaning it was supposed to have only very small scratches. I received a device that had a large dent in one corner where metal was bend and plastic cracked. It was obvious that the machine had been dropped on the floor corner first. Also there was cracks and chips on another corner and large scratches on the bottom. The device worked well, but the condition was "ok" at best. So probably you will get a device that is good, but sometimes their quality control fails completely, so be prepared that you might have to send it back and ask for a replacement."
