I ordered two phones, same model, other one was totally dead, wouldn't turn on and had to return it. Return takes a long time to get to the destination so at least a week of time will be wasted during this process. If only someone had bothered to check if the phone works before sending it..

I bought a laptop workstation from Back Market and the product that arrived had different keyboard layout and graphics card compared to the spec sheet. Unfortunately the graphics card was a less powerful model than specified. I notified customer service about it, but the same refurbish partner still lists the product with incorrect specifications. All in all you can get a good deal from Back market but what you receive is not always what you order. Fortunately they offer the possibility to send the product back without cost and return your money. However if you need the product critically be aware of the risks.
