This is my second laptop I’ve bought of Backmarket. Very happy with it. Quality is great and the price is much better.
I bought the premium version of a phone I needed. But the battery performance is terrible. And when you get on their website its impossible to contact a human. They give you a set of questions which ultimately give you a choice of a refund or send off your item and get it replaced. However the inconvenience is a big problem as you have already trancferred a lot of your data onto the phone then must wipe it all off for security then wait for ages to get a replacement phone if thats your choice. When you pay extra for the premium version then you would at least expect to have a battery that is of top class condition. I wont be getting anymore from this company
Bought their "premium" version of a galaxy s22. Battery was awful, doesn't even last a day. My S20 battery lasted about 2x as long and it's 2 years older. Avoid them.

Email help was provided for a pretty low value purchase really, although in the end thanks to their help I found something that for a few extra euro provided a quite brilliant performance. I really was impressed with the help and value for money. I bought a small HP desktop, now server in the end and it fits very neatly on top of the shelf in my garage, something my original intended purchase would not have done. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ordered an iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and with a new battery. After I paid I noticed on the invoice that there is no mention of a new battery. So now I’m wondering if it will come with a new battery or not. So I decided to contact customer care and this is where the trouble started. I have found it impossible to send an email or get a customer care phone number so I can’t communicate to anyone about my order. Anyway I have a screenshot of everything that was ordered and the price and what I should receive so if I don’t get what I paid for it will be going straight back although I’m worried now about the returns process considering how hard it is to communicate with them. Update- so I managed to contact customer care through the app, telling them I wanted to cancel my order before it was dispatched as I was worried about the particular seller and that sellers recent reviews and tbf I had a message later as that they cancelled the order for me and refunded me my money and by the end of the next day I can see the money provisionally back in my account. I’m delighted with this and consider this excellent customer care so only fair to update this review and give 5stars based on this experience.
