Ordered a refurbished iphone 15 6 months ago "in excellent condition." Long story short, today nfc chip does not work, michophone does not provide clean noise, camera does not work well with light around it, phone heats up. Back Market cannot provide a correct invoice. The customer and sent to information has been swapt and the amount on the invoice doesn't match the amount I payed. They are not able to correct it.
after 2 months my google pixel 6a gave me a notification that the battery is being throttled because its about to reach 400 charge cycles. never wasting money on this site again i gave it a chance.

Back Market allows refurbishers to advertise products with higher grades than they actually deserve. The condition of my laptop was clearly misrepresented. The refurbisher probably assumed I wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t bother to act. They did offer me a €15 compensation, but that was far too low considering the actual condition of the device. A fair offer could have avoided the unnecessary return. I was willing to keep the laptop, as it was fully functional. After returning the device, I did receive my money back, which I appreciate. But that refund was the only positive part of the entire experience. Be VERY cautious when buying from Back Market. Do thorough research on the refurbisher, and understand that misleading customers and taking calculated risks might actually be part of how this platform operates. So please, be very, very aware. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Back Market unless you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Scam! Ordered a Garmin watch, it got delivered completely dirty and not working. Still waiting for the refund after 1 month after sending it back. Folks save yourself some trouble and do not buy from here.
Product as expected, arrived on time.
Ordered 4 things over the span of 2 years. Totalling about 3 grand. 3 were perfect, 1 was abysmal. The one time I needed the service desk was enough to wonder if I ever want to order there again. Still, a thee out of 4 success rate. It would have been a different outcome would the products not have been in such great shape.
Having received the phone, opened the package and was surprised there Is no shock absorption foam..having said that, battery seemed to be empty so I placed the phone on chrage. It showed some progress, and after I tried to power on It stopped responding. Now the phone won't even charge, I tried different cables..I had my friend look at the phone grabbed It one time and said ''this is fake'', he works with phones. Absolutley horrible experience..Now I have to waste my time shipping this back and who knows If I will even get the refund back..
