"I ordered a pair of Aipods Max (2024) excellent condition in the color Midnight, the item arrived fast but to my surprise they sent a completely different color (the blue ones). I proceeded with the return and when the seller (mResell) received it they communicated that they would send the correct color if in stock within 3 business days, if not they would proceed with the refund. The refund was processed and they said that I should repurchase the item to get the right one, however the only seller available for the item is the one I had problems with in the first place (mResell). I went back and forth with them for a few days (very slow responses) with them telling me I should purchase from a different seller for a guarantee that this would not happen again and when questioned how was it possible that the item was only available from the seller that didn’t have it in stock at all they simply stoped responding. I would also like to add that their responses throughout this whole experience was just pure nonsense and a clear strategy to stall time, I really wish I could attach screenshots here. Beware of them, if your purchases run smoothly they’re great but their problem solving capabilities are simply nonexistent."

"Bought an iPhone in my company's name. Asked for the VAT number on the invoice before the order shipped. Got written confirmation. Invoice arrived without it. Then the excuses started. One agent said adding the VAT number was a legitimate correction. The next day, another agent said it was forbidden and would be falsification. Both can't be true. Their only solution: return the product, wait for a refund, buy again. Make the customer pay for their mistake in time and effort. A week of back and forth, contradictions, and copy-paste replies for something that should take five minutes. Avoid if you're buying as a company."

"Terrible experience with Back Market I ordered an Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) with a silver case and black band. Instead, I received a completely different product: black case and blue band. I went through the entire return process, waited for the refund, and placed the exact same order again. The result? They sent me the wrong product AGAIN. Even worse, the box was not sealed this time, which seriously makes me believe they simply sent me back the exact same returned item. So in total: * two wrong orders; * two returns; * wasted time; * trips to drop-off points; * printing costs; * my money tied up for weeks; * and apparently zero quality control. Back Market charges a “quality control” fee, yet nobody seems to actually verify the products before shipping them. Mistakes can happen once. Sending the exact same wrong item twice is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and customer care. At this point, I have completely lost trust in the platform and will not be purchasing from them again."
