"DON'T BUY FROM THEM I bought an iPhone that couldn't even boot up. They take hours between responses for support and won't expedite a functional device or a refund. Their policy will take 7-9 days AFTER they get the device. So, looking at about 2 weeks of having money tied up with a company that clearly doesn't refurbish and properly check used devices and then won't make it right when they mess up."

"Everything is overpriced and designed to screw the end user as much as possible. They have no way of contacting support. They anulled an order that had been confirmed an billed, lied to me about why and retroactively changed their story when I reported them to my national consumer rights organization. For context, I bought a laptop for a really good price and the company selling it decided to anull my order after it went through, claim the laptop was no longer in stock at the seller and have Back Market back them up in their lies. Lies? Yes, lies! Collusion, coercing, plotting even! Hear this, the seller cancelled and then listed THE SAME LAPTOP for a higher price! Yeah so stay away, what they're willing to sell you is overpriced and if you actually manage to find something good they cancel your order and hold your money hostage for "up to 5" bankdays. Sure didn't take 5 bank days for you to bill me and send me the reciept lol."

"I bought a Asus NUC that should come with english OS but it came with spanish, broken TB4 ports and no AC adapter. After returning the unit i got a new unit but this time with no RAM och M2 unit. after pinpointing that the seller said he placed this in the plastic mesch that the unit was wrapped up in, i went through it again but nothing here and the support dont replay. So loots of monay on a system that need an investment of 500 more euros to work as they promised"
