I searched online and thought the issue might be the charger, so I bought two different chargers, but that didn’t solve the problem because the issue wasn’t the charger — it was the phone itself. The battery also drained very quickly. What did I do? I bought a new battery and replaced it myself. After a month or so, the phone suddenly died, and I couldn’t figure out why. It was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of money. In the end, I threw it away. I truly felt like I had been scammed. It’s not right what they did. They must have known it had a problem and still sent it to me. The issue was not a minor one that could be ignored."
"I want to share my experience to warn others that buying here can become a very costly and time-consuming project if you receive a faulty device. 1. The Product: I received an iPhone 15 that was cosmetically great but had a hardware defect after a couple days (broken power button). It clearly hadn’t been tested properly before shipping. 2. The Return Process: Returning the device was a nightmare. I had to spend days personally managing and pushing DHL Express because of shipping errors. I did the work their logistics team should have handled. 3. The Refund/Replacement Issue: Despite my efforts, the seller couldn't repair or replace the phone. They issued a refund, but since prices had increased, I had to pay an extra $20 out of my own pocket just to buy the exact same model again. 4. The Final Result: To make matters worse, the replacement phone I eventually bought (due to the refund) has a battery health of 93%, whereas the first unit they sent me had 100%. So, after days of stress and manual labor with couriers, I ended up with a phone that has worse battery life and cost me $20 more than my original purchase. Back Market support was polite, but they refused to cover the price difference caused by their seller's faulty product, offering only a discount code for a future purchase I don't want to make. Conclusion: If you get a working device, you’re fine. If you get a faulty one, expect to lose both time and money. Quality control and customer compensation for 'price-gap' losses are seriously lacking.""

"I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. I bought a MacBook Pro from Back Market for professional work. From the very beginning, the device arrived in a lower condition than expected, but I proceeded anyway and spent a significant amount of time installing software, configuring my work environment, and adapting the machine to my professional needs. After just over a month, the computer developed a serious intermittent hardware failure (power issues, unable to start, random shutdowns), making it completely unreliable. This resulted in an immediate work stoppage. What followed was a long and extremely frustrating process: The device was returned under warranty. I was told an “exchange device” would be sent. Instead, the exact same physical device (same chassis, same cosmetic marks) was sent back. The device arrived in a non-customer-ready state, booting to an “admin” login, meaning it had not even been properly reset or quality-checked. This raised serious concerns about whether the device had been repaired at all. Throughout the process, I spent weeks without a reliable computer, lost a large amount of time reinstalling software and rebuilding my setup, and had to repeatedly contact support to correct basic handling errors. To make matters worse, I was initially offered a small goodwill compensation (5%), which was later withdrawn without explanation after escalation, despite no change in the facts of the case. In the end, the only solution offered was a full refund — which I accepted — but only after significant time loss, stress, and repeated process failures. This was not a single mistake, but a series of handling and quality-control failures, combined with inconsistent communication and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend Back Market for anyone who depends on their device for professional work or cannot afford prolonged downtime."
