"Expensive my issue is Post purchase you can't get a human! If you call sales they tell you nobody is in Q in tech support and transfer you yet your on indefinite hold? I'm starting to think it was a big mistake buying from Banks! I finally made contact they are sending something free of charge I hope fixes the issue I'm having. Reviews seem to be 99% only on banks own site. I can't believe I'm the first here to leave a review! They did make it right after a lot of effort to contact someone not in sales is this by design? They sell expensive parts but support is difficult to contact especially if you're running into a install issue , I had to stop what I was doing to search forums and groups over Several days to get answers."
