"Dear Banky, I am extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated as a customer. Despite already paying more than I was required to — simply to avoid the harsh consequences that come with late payments in Sweden — I’ve received no support, understanding, or professionalism from your side. I paid more than necessary just to avoid problems, yet I feel like I’ve only been punished further. It honestly feels like your company has no regard for people’s situations, no empathy, and very poor customer care. This has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. I expect better from a financial institution. I am now formally requesting: 1. A clear explanation of my account and what I was charged 2. A refund for the amount I overpaid 3. "Worst experience with banky. Just a wastage of time.whole day providing all the necessary information, guarantor everything. My guarantor even provide all necessary information, documents. At the end they called me and asked only, are you Swedish citizen and when I replied no they just rejected my application in no time after taking all the necessary information from me. Even though my guarantor was swedish national. If they really don't want to accept other than Swedish nationals then they just asked or tell us at first place. Why they waist so much my time & my guarantor's time. So hectic experience with banny.Ab"
"It’s not bank and they are pretending as bank. I do not recommend it to anyone because they make your situation worse for you and your financial situation. I personally had bad experience with them. At first they offered 150.000 SEK , then they checked my credit, salary, all income… they asked for guarantor. After checking 3 guarantor they said they will pay me the loan. After 2 hours they refused and asked for more guarantor. Funny thing is interest rates that they charge is not at all in Sweden 33% 😂. I make them happy with middle finger. Don’t don’t make your life risky. I was lucky rejected their offer."
