Argumentative staff . I made 4 calls first person was working from home, he was argumentative rude never listened. 2nd person rude he cut me off instead of dealing with my issue, never called back . 3rd person got cut off, did try to call back , one ring then cut off. 4th person did do her job well . Although this is what calling Barclays Bank is like . I’m still waiting on a response from the complaint I logged .
Extremely Disappointed – AVOID Barclays if You Value Access to Your Money!!! Barclays froze my account for two months with no proper explanation, passing me from department to department while I was left completely unable to access my own money. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with vague answers, delays, and zero accountability. To make matters worse, during this period, fraudsters managed to wipe out my savings, and Barclays has done little to help recover the funds. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency in handling something as serious as this is shocking. If you’re considering banking with Barclays, think twice — you could lose access to your money when you need it most, and be left dealing with a system that doesn’t seem to care. I would give them a zero star

The vigilance of the bank to suspicious activity on a customer's account and act on it immediately to prevent this Fraud menace was very impressive. It shows that they have the right personnel for this job.

Baraclays might make millions for their shareholders but in rather too many ways, in my experience, they do not kow their arse from the elbow. It was farcical.
