I'm traying to withdraw my funds by some days: every day the support give me a link to complete and avery time in my form there's something that is wrong! I have asked help to Italian autorithies because I'm a victim of a fraud too. Today I've tryed to submit another appeal but it's impossible for an error that I don't know and I can't write to support that put me in queue. I have all the screenschots to demostrate what I'm writing: now you can remove all this my review. They don't care even that I suffer of a Addison deases and I need my money to buy the Florinef by international droghery.

hallo i just started and i can see why some people as bad experience , the first problem is the comunication with the chat but asp you understund how it works they are realy HELPFULL , BUT BE CAREFULL this binace is complicate and if you don t know were you click you can make DEMAGE and than you think is the Platform the problem :)) it s not the platform
Be very aware! I have read the mixed reviews here and the Binance Support Team did not seem that interested in assisting me or rushing to clarify if a person was one of their staff or not? So I get they may well have some disgruntled customers, I cannot comment if Binance are scam or not, probably not, but there is a bunch of scammers going around using the Binance name and paperwork, claiming to get lost BTC back, all looks good until you see their email addresses are gmail. Frank Olsen, Will Everson & Martin O’Reilly are 3 of the scammers assumed names no doubt, but claiming to be from the Binance Support Dept. STEER WELL CLEAR!
treat there clients with utter contempt. Do not give them so much as your email, never mind any money. This disgusting company will insult you, steal from you and insult you.
Binance is just one big scam! They steal your money and the customer service is the worst in the world. No one treats you or gives you a proper answer. For two weeks now I have been trying to get an answer regarding access to my money in the account and each time they give a different excuse why I can not access the account. Representatives write me very offensive things, I'm going to sue them. Do not recommend anyone to open an account you will just suffer and lose all your money guaranteed!!!

Not great customer service, suffered to get my account verified they keep asking me for the same information over and over again. Took me months to get it verified. The platform is not user friendly like etoro plateform. The only great thing is they have all kind of crypto and a wide range. Never tried withdraw yet, but will definitely write a review once I try this service..
Really easy to invest by charging your credit card but an absolute nightmare to get your money back. Took me hours! They charge you when you withdraw which is in usd, then they charge you to convert to eur, then they charge you to transfer to you credit card as no other form works. Disgusting. DO NOT USE. very disappointed. I was up 200usd . By the time I finished I was -100usd. Just shows you how much they charge!!!
Binance won't return your founds, they are taking your money easily but ask you impossible acts for withdrawing.

I invested £250 in an associate company ironFX in February 202, I wanted to withdraw it and the interest, and they stated that they will put it back to the bank I first used, by my mastercard debit card. Instead of that they withdrew another £1800 from my account, for they had kept the 3 number security on the back of the card, they brought £1800 of bitcoin shares in my name, then transferred them into another account which I have no control or access to. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM OR BINANCE & COINBASE, They are all in it together, pure con artists, my case is now with the Central Fraud Agency. would not trust them to run a bath
Useless customer service team. Binance disable my direct bank deposit and withdrawal option without giving me any reason. I contacted there customer service team multiple time and they not telling me any reason just saying due to our terms and conditions will unable to tell you the issue and for me they saying only P2P is only option to trade which is expensive and slow process to deposit and withdrawal. I offer to send them my bank statement and salary slips that all my money I earned legally but they just saying one thing that our terms and conditions not allowing us to tell you the reason of this restriction😡. Never recommending this trading platform.
Just TERRIBLE! they dont have a customer service.. if you have to solve any problem I will take up to days..or week..if will be solved. To get you money back is very complicate .. 100% non fidable company.. don't trust your money on this platform.I still waiting to solve my problem..let´s see

Very complicated trading platform. Non-exsisting support. They don't have a live chat even though they claim to have. I wrote a question in the automated response chat which they couldn´t answer. They said they would contact me within 60 minutes via e-mail or sms. They never did. On their facebook page they told me to inbox the issue when I did there was no reply either. These people running the company seem totally uninterested to help. Embarrassing for the crypto world gives it bad reputation.
Be very aware that behind the glitz and cleverly put together application there is a seedy side to binance . I had made 50 plus transactions on this app and when I was at a loss my open orders sailed through instantaneous but 26 hours ago I bought a coin that did reasonably well and sold and I am unable to acquire my money as the open order mysteriously won't complete now . I have contacted customer service and this 26 hours later as been an utter waist of time . I'm in a position where I can't cancel the order as the coin as now tanked BE AWARE THAT COMPANY'S LIKE THIS RUN EXTREMELY SMOOTHLY WHEN YOUR LOSING MONEY AND THEY ARE GAINING BUT WHEN ITS THE OPPOSITE WAY ROUND EVERYTHING GLITCHES. I WONT BE MAKING ANOTHER INVESTMENT WITH BINANCE BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE COWBOYS JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY . STAY WELL CLEAR.

Cons - extremely plagued by bs politics - expect your managers to be less expert than yourself, and there for reasons other than competence - salary is low compared to other places, promises of large bonuses are just promises and get strategically cut down every quarter even when the company does well - there's a glass ceiling for non-asian employees Used to be a great place to work at, but as it grew rapidly - it turned to a real corporation setting, with all its backstabbing, oneupmanship, and suckups, and we all went to crypto to avoid that. Advice to Management Return to what you once were in vision. Keep the necessary structures but instead of placing people in management positions cause you like em, get competent experts, regardless of where they are from and what they look like. Carry out your promises towards your employees or don't make them.
