"Very disappointing experience. I returned my entire order because the T-shirts were far below the quality I expected. The material felt cheap, and the overall workmanship was poor. Getting in touch with customer support was nearly impossible. I sent multiple emails before returning the items and never received a response. Although the store received my return, they deducted shipping costs and an unexpected restocking fee from my refund. This fee was never made clear during the purchase process. On top of that, I had to pay €15 for the return shipping myself. In the end, returning everything still cost me a significant amount of money, which I find completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this store based on my experience."

I contacted the delivery provider, they told me that BLANKS.IT had to contact them and start a research to find the package. BLANKS.IT did not want to help me, and they told me that it is my problem. Fortunately I did not pay, I used Klarna and they send te money back. But please never order from this place, they are scammers."

"The hoodies they affirm to be 330 gsm is not true, they are much lighter and less dense. Zara hoodies are much thicker and more solid for an even cheaper price. They are charging you premium becuase they say it's italian. It took more than a month to get it delivered. And one pocket is not stiched, it is completely hollow."

"Placed an order in October, received it mid Dicember (almost 2 months later). During the wait I tried to contact the support no human response was received. When the order arrived I received 2 correct items, 1 item which was the wrong size but someone wrote over the label with a pen to "correct" it, and 1 item which was supposed to be 100% premium cotton and was 60% cotton and 40% synthetic. Overall the quality is short of average, definitely not premium or good quality, fast fashion level at best. When I tried with the refund, it didn't only ask me to create and pay for the shipment label by myself, but also kept around 30% of the due amount for "sorting expenses". Beyond frustrating experience, don't buy, the good reviews are probably bots."
