On September 4th during NFP, my $25,000 account (ID: 515899) was breached for MaxDrawdownBreached. But here is the catch: THE TRADE COMPLETELY VANISHED FROM THE TERMINAL HISTORY. There is absolutely NO RECORD, no ticket number, and no fill price in my trading platform logs. The server glitched, wiped the data, and triggered a false breach on my dashboard.I have full video and screenshot evidence of my empty trade history. I contacted support, but agents Luchi, Zack, and Debayo are literally copy-pasting the exact same template response about "market slippage" 4 times in a row! They refuse to read my messages, they refuse to check the raw server logs, and they ignore the fact that the trade doesn't even exist in the history.If Blue Guardian's server deletes trade data and then blames "slippage," it is a scam behavior. I demand a senior manager to review account 515899 manually and check the raw database logs, or I will spread this video proof across all major trading forums!"

"They advertise the guardshield rule of 1% loss of your total account on all open trades. What they in fact do is apply it to individual trades. Today I was over $2000 in profit when they closed one loss position. They did it twice and closed my account. I engaged support back and forth and they could not prove my total account was ever in a loss. I have all the emails. Scammers, avoid at all cost!!"
