Customer service is great! The firm does payout on day 1 of sim funded with no consistency rule. Complete freedom to trade your account! Just don’t make more than 5k in one day on sim funded. Requested payout in the allowed time frames and received the payout the same day!

The rules are not as good as say Take Profit Trader, but not as bad as Apex. The price is greater than Apex or my ETF accounts. I do like the static draw down and different types of accounts you can get. The online customer support is pretty good too. And anything that allows me to trade in Tradeovate with Tradingview charts is great, so I like that too. Becasue they put you into a live account pretty soon in the funding phase that is something that tells me I can trust them.
My experience was smooth and clearly managed. And when I need help, the response has been with no delay and friendly.

Extremely Reliable Prop Firm With Outstanding Support My experience with BluSky has been nothing but positive so far. I haven’t made any withdrawals yet, but every time I’ve had a question or issue, their support team has been incredibly fast and helpful. Recently, I had a technical issue while trading on NinjaTrader 8—I couldn’t place or close orders, and my positions went deep into drawdown, almost blowing two accounts. I reached out to support, and they resolved the issue immediately. To my surprise, they even reset my accounts and cleared all trades from that day, saving me from a huge loss. This level of professionalism and support is something you rarely see in this industry. BluSky truly puts traders first, and that gives me great confidence to continue with them. Highly recommended!

I've been in the prop firm space since late 2023. Nearly all firms have kept you in a simulated environment, with fear of payout denials and such. Blusky is different. They've been in the game for a few years, making countless positive changes. Daily loss limit removal, most account transitions are automatic, quick support, daily livestreams in their discord, and a lot more. I bought my account on the 19th of sept and i'm currently now 2 days away from getting a sim funded! This is different from other sim funded accounts with other prop firms. They STILL pay out daily! Nothing to me comes across as shady or unfair with them. I do wish payouts were a little more automatic, utilizing plaid for US customers, but other than that, ZERO complaints =)
