The customer service from the BONDS online team is disgraceful. I was charged more than what I agreed to on the checkout page due to some bug with the coupons applying and I reached out to the service team, to get an ignorant response not even acknowledging I had been falsely mislead a different price. Horrible customer service. Only buy if you are willing to risk paying the full price of a product.

Bonds was having a sale online and I purchased multiple items for a newborn/infant 0 - 3 moths. Once order was placed I proceeded to receive emails stating I was being refunded for a number of items because they were not available. I mean what a complete waste of time and effort, just say it's out of stock online and save me the hassle. The other items that were available were dispatched separately which will likely create multiple parcels I now have to watch out for. For such a large company someone should be on top of stock and update the website accordingly.

Placed an online order paid in full . Received 2 emails through the day stating items not available and refunded ( could take 5 days ) Items are still available to purchase online even though my fully paid order can not be fulfilled . Called to cancel entire order and told it was too late but had only just received the 2nd email . Given the run around and different information on 2 phone calls about warehouse systems and stores . Not good enough and this is not the first time this has happened and upon speaking to others is common practice . Beware . Happy to take your payment for Orders they can’t fulfill . Will never shop online there again

Purchased two singlets of same size, hrey and blue, one was significantly longer than the other, chatted with Bonds who told me the blue colour was always longer than the others! No help, or replacement offered. I now have one singlet and one dress!

I had an unpleasant experience with the Bonds Hornsby store the other day. I tried to return some socks which had never been worn andI had the tags and the receipt and they would not accept them. I explained we were going on a big trip away and I had driven 20mins to return them as my husband was very dissatisfied with the product - the socks are very thin and not good quality like the last pair he got for work. The quality has gone down hill. The young ladies behind the counter (one who was the manager), was not interested in helping us or finding a solution. We didn't want a store credit either as I have lost faith in Bonds and their products and pricing so won't be shopping from them again. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Take note if you buy off their website from outside Australia they will not accept any returns. Lots of advertising on site about how easy returns are - but then in the small print, no returns accepted if you bought internationally.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. On delivery day, I receive an email from Australia Post (while I'm at home!) saying that the parcel has been delivered. I immediately go downstairs to check around the mail boxes but I can't find it. I spent 1 hour chatting with Australia Post and Bonds but they're both unhelpful. Australia Post says they left the parcel with the concierge/mail room in a building without such services and that they cannot assist me further. Bonds says that I have to wait 5-10 more days to hear from their investigation. When I said that it's unreasonable to ask me to wait 10 days for a product that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days and asked to receive an immediate refund, they refused and closed the chat. I was scammed by this website and itw delivery partner abd wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

BONDS CHAFE OFF women’s shorts are the best thing ever invented. They’re durable, after 2 months so far there’s no pilling on the fabric. I wear them under dresses in the moist Australian summer and the shorts themselves don’t stick to the fabric of any dresses I’ve worn so the skirt isn’t riding up and sticking as I walk (as I have experienced with other branded chafing shorts). A jolly good, chafe free time. I got my partner the men’s chafe off and he swears by them too. I got these for $12 from Big W on sale and also from Bonds for $14 on sale :)
An oldie but a goodie..
Consumers beware..!! Don’t think u can get anything at a discounted price here…if u don’t pay the full price u CANNOT exchange it..!! Better off going to a store that is interested in accomodating the consumer than bonds online that is only interested in ripping u off!!

Fairly easy to order on the site. Make sure you are careful of the sizing you’re getting and if it is ladies or men’s. I only buy the socks but they last for ages, wash well and really comfortable.

Once they were made in Australia quality T shirts. Now made in China crap with necks that stretch out after one wash even if you use the washing bag. I don't understand their business model.

Don’t do it… An iconic company that has gone to sh##. Brought a pair of men’s underwear for my partner while on holiday. Didn’t even last one day without the stitching coming undone… (I mean he is big but not at the waste band/actual pants material area). They wanted me to travel 1,438.5 km one way to return them. Unable to go to another store to return them or post them to get a refund. Really disappointed. F### you Bonds🖕🏻

I am so disappointed in the decline in the quality of Bonds tracksuit pants. The material is super thin, resulting in them starting to fall apart at the seams in just a few washes. I've worn these trackpants for many years, but the last three pairs have lasted less than 3 months.

My husband and I took our 20 month old daughter to the store in Harbour town Adelaide to buy clothes and my husband and my daughter were treated as theft. The ladies working that day were so rude. Lousy customer service, worst experience. Disappointed!!!

I used to swear by bonds trackies. But they clearly have gone for a cheaper quality manufacturer. And it shows. The lint that comes off them leaving lint all over my house, the fit of them are not the same, the small details on the cord, stitching and pockets are shocking and poorly made. For what used to be a pricey yet quality clothing item, they have really dropped the ball on quality. Such a shame, as i will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

It’s so disappointing to purchase something in the 40% off sale only to have half the order refunded to then go back online to see the size you ordered STILL AVAILABLE for others to purchase!? 24hrs later it’s still AVAILABLE so they can’t blame it on inventory numbers. No I don’t want to keep half a tracksuit set this is just wasting your time and my time by having to return the other item for a refund .

We purchased two styles of men's underpants both sized Large. One style was correct fit (same as all past purchases) the other style was more than 2 inches less in the waist. So we feel that Bonds sizing is not to be trusted. Another problem was that Bonds has refused to exchange or refund as the product is not considered faulty.
