"Apparently you can get free money from this company since they don’t verify identification! Someone took a loan out in my name a few years ago and I’ve been dealing with them on and off along with the bank and credit bureaus. I called them to try and get information on how the loan was taken out and they had the wrong phone number(some number from the states), wrong email address and described a totally different person that applied for the loan. Had to close the account so it would stop affecting my credit score. They didn’t care that the information was wrong they just wanted the money."

"FOR ANYONE EXPERIENCING WHAT IS ESSENTIALLY PAD (PRE AUTHORIZED DEBIT) FRAUD PURPORTED BY THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA AND THE PAYNENT WASN'T TAKEN FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD BUT FROM YOUR DEBIT CARD/CHECKING ACCOUNT. YOU HAVE 90 DAYS WITHIN WHICH TO REVERSE THESE CHARGES. My situation started back in 2019 and during the COVID epidemic. I took out a loan and then was unable to pay it back due to missing my job and the CRA freezing my payments on the 21st of December. Anyway, I am now on disability PWD, meaning that my disability check is exempt from being garnished, if I am able to go et a job then I will pay them back without their having to take me to small claims court, even though. Cashco, would make PAD withdrawals from my account after I had cancelled their authorization and not once but every single month for 3 or 4 months before they eventually stopping the attempts to take money I didn't have in my account more often than not. The bank gave them the money they asked for and also gave me NSF charges too.i don't have an overdraft. So why the bank is providing the overdraft and then also charging me NSF. Anyway I was able to re reverse the payments and also the NSFs. Since then and thought the years from June 2020, They have harassed me with calls, texts, emails, almost daily. I have rarely spoken to the callers usually just saying they have the wrong number and then hang up. Until three weeks ago where I told them to fug off. Now, they have initiated another PAD which they don't have authorization to take. It was cancelled 5 times before they stopped doing it. The government beurau that deals with PADs and other payment related topics and called Payments Canada states that you can reverse such unauthorized thefts from your accounts if you have canceled the PAD at least one business day before the payment is scheduled to occur. You don't need to use the U1 form either, I cancelled via email, and by phone, and repeated after each of the non authorized withdrawals (these are thefts and should be crimes, if I pulled such an act I would be up on charges, so should the employee who is doing these attempted thefts. Anyway, the law says that if PADs have sporadic dates not regularly like monthly, bi weekly, and such that the business has to ask for permission for every single one of them and at least 10 days before it is scheduled to come out of your account. They most certainly did not do that. And it would be 5 years this June since the last time they did this to me. I was told a long time ago that if you haven't made any payments on a debt (sans government approved student loans) in 5years that the company can't come after you anymore nor can a collection agency either, however if you make even a one dollar payment within that 5 year timeframe then they can come after you for another 5 years. Could this be why they did this now? When I get the payment cancelled and get reimbursed did this event reset that click regardless of whether or not the payment gets reversed or once it's reversed does the 5year thing still expire in June this year? Also, how long does it take for a PAD to expire on its own due to inactivity or even if there is activity and you are paying a loan back do they have an expiration date which means you have to periodically renew them like you do a driver's license or health card? I know that this review has expanded to asking a few questions I hope that is ok? I'm posting this whole thing on Reddit too where someone may be able to answer my queries. Anyway DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I AM GOJG. TO ALSO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND HOPE THE COPS CAN CHARGE THE WORKER(S) WHO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY, I AM CONSIDERING SMALL CLAIMS COURT TOO. Shouldn't it be the same as when you remove an income tax accountant firm from accessing your CRA account and from making changes to things or filing returns you didn't ask them to do? It's a terrible design and is not secure at all. How these companies are able to take money out of a person's account is ridiculous"

"Don't trust this lender! There are better, more reliable, more trustworthy businesses than this one. I paid off my loan 7 months ago in Oct 2025. They have just reported to Transunion that my account was paid, but damaged my credit score by claiming I was 30, 60, 90 days late! All of my payments were AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS. I have the receipts with ZERO insufficient funds fees so HOW could I be late when I always had funds to pay and Cashco had auto withdrawal??? They have also NOT closed out Equifax as it still shows as an open account and the last reporting from Cashco was April 2025 ONE FULL YEAR AGO!!! I have sent emails to Cashco multiple times with no reply regarding the credit agencies. BEWARE!! They are awful. Take your business elsewhere!"

"This used to be a top notch place to take a payday loan from, they used to have amazing staff! Now you're lucky if you get a reply back. Absolutely crap customer service, the app sucks, what's the point of having a message board if you never get a reply? All the phone numbers google gives you to certain locations say the numbers are no longer in service. The main phone number is an automatic answering machine and nobody ever calls back. Email.... well what a joke. Looking to pay back loan early don't bother trying to get in touch because you'll be ignored. Come time to pay on the date and you miss the payment, they'll call, text you worse than a stalker just like an incurable std, you can't get rid of them lol I told them that last time they messaged me lmfao"

"I am not impressed with this company at all and will never apply for a loan with them again. They keep sending emails stating that I am pre-approved, but when I apply, I get denied. I applied for a loan today, and someone named Chelsea L emailed me, saying that I owe $63. Once this amount is paid, my balance will be cleared. I was very confused by this because the last time I was approved for a loan with them was in January 2025, which I paid off, and I have the emails and receipts as proof. Thinking I still owed money, I sent an e-transfer immediately. I received a receipt for the payment, which showed I had another balance of over $500! I emailed Chelsea L for clarification, but never received a reply. Additionally, I received a notice stating that I had a duplicate account that needed to be corrected due to having two different email addresses. I had previously emailed them to resolve this issue but received no response, and it clearly wasn’t fixed. I reached out again to address it, but still, no reply or acknowledgment. This experience has been very disappointing, and I am done with this company. I won’t be providing any referrals either!"
