Trading rules are very friendly to me and customer support is the best
Got a disqualified acc with them this year without any proper reason . Tried to find out why but each support I contact says different things . Their discord nobody reply since I did not care about the money in it I just block the company emails got tired . wouldn’t recommend
Cause the topic grows it our community i have decided to come forward as well . I ve had really bad expirience with city traders last year . The problem was that the funded acc i purchased was actually limited on lot size no rules have been given when i purchase it they do advertise great conditions but in fact there are not . So i had to keep sending screen shots etc etc however i was explained the rules from support about margin and downfall when i finally passed the challange and came time for withdraw i never received it because they came with a contract for demo account as i have been risking too much so i refuse therefore no withdraw as part of their rules . Proper scheme to get extra bucks
Match-trade the only platform you can use in the US is terrible. Extremely hard to deal with the new platform is not properly working and city trader imperium is it doing anything about it? I would not recommend this to anyone trying to learn how to trade.
CTI is best prop firm i have ever experienced ,, supprot staff activly responding , i will recommend everyone to experience the firm once.
One of our traders have bad expirience with them . He uploaded all emails between cti customer support and him arguing on payout and breach of terms . From the emails you can see that each person from customer support is saying different thing . I am here to support other trades and to avoid prop firms who are refusing payouts . Me and my team were after decent prop firm . CTI is not one of them . Once you purchase instant funded acc you are given acc rules are nowhere stated only thing you can see is 6% downfall and if you do 10% profit account doubles . After couple days profit was reached . Customer support comes after you saying you breached terms overlevaraging and usuing gamble to pass system . Refusing to pay any profit from the acc that you have made nor returning fee paid for the acc . Probably most reviews are from staff or fake . Avoid at all cost .

No chance I would recommend this company. NO WAY Order system does not work Customer service is terrible PLEASE don't waste your money. There is no follow up I have sent videos and screenshots. I get the same response no one else is having this problem. Same every time. No solutions. Almost like an AI BOT. All they are doing is collecting your challenge payment and calling it a day. Run the program on different CPUs and networks. I run more CPU demanding programs on these same CPUs with zero problems. You push out an update with a MAJOR MAJOR change and alert no one. Cost me money. And your answer is send a video and screenshot. Which against your response I DID. Asked for a refund, no response. No chance I would recommend this company
