Coaching Winningfitness

"16.7kg lost since my very first weigh in and that's all thanks to you, Mica and Jay my coach, your care, support and education. Jay, you have been my absolute hype woman, i've so appreciated your check ins, your positive words of encouragement and belief in me when I possibly didn't have it, When i first came across Keaton's profile on instagram, i'll be totally honest, I wasn't sure it wasn't a scam, and what did he know about living with PCOS?! Well that led me to Mica's profile and I totally understood and was inspired your progress. I didn't believe it would work for me though, I have tried too many diets before but struggled to fit in my social life, and quite often lost a bit then plateud. Well we only went and bloody did it, absolutely spot on with the target for my 6 month weight loss, and thats with a boozy event almost every weekend, holidays and 40th celebrations and also balancing a return to work and new routine. I really feel like this is going to stick, I know my body better and know how to manage my life, that will mean I can plan those spikes and be confident I can recover. You will forever be an absolute game changer for me and i'll never forget you both!"

"Keat mica and Ellie have been amazing with my journey it’s such an honor to be part of win fit I have so much more confidence in even when I’m a moaning mim they are so supportive and have built such An amazing business thank you so much all of you"

"After speaking to Mica on a teams call I signed up with winningfitness for 3 months to help with my inflammation and also my PCOS and Endo pain. From the first teams call i felt so comfortable and supported talking to Mica about all my issues and felt confident she could help me. The amount of support Mica and her team give you is absolutely amazing. Genuinely feel like you are part of a community of the most amazing people. So caring and genuinely want to help you. My coach Jamie checked in every single day with me. She was my little cheerleader and i honestly cant thank her and the team enough for the change they made to my life. I honestly feel like for the first time in my life i understand my body. I would recommend to anyone. If you are fed up of crash fad diets and want something that works and the support whilst you do it, contact Winningfitness."

"For anyone sitting on the fence should I join/ shouldn’t I join, absolutely 100% join. Do not put it off, invest in yourself. You will honestly not regret it. I cannot recommend Winning Fitness enough, they work so hard to help you achieve your goals. I have struggled since hitting menopause to loose weight. I’ve tried everything you can think of and nothing worked. This was my last hope.. I watched a few Instagram videos from Winning fitness which inspired me, I could see just how dedicated Keat & Mica were and how they really want to help others and that’s exactly what they are .. dedicated, encouraging, trustworthy, reliable, honest people who want the best for the ladies they look after. At first I was nervous about joining .. thinking what if this is just another gimmick where I spend money to end up loosing a couple of pounds then putting it back on .. how wrong was I .. joining winning fitness has been the best decision I’ve made. I have a fab coach Jamie Lee, who is simply amazing. She wants you to achieve your goal just as much as you do. She is so encouraging, approachable, and extremely helpful and full of praise. They set a plan specific to you, which has loads of choice, they are there daily for you should you have any questions, regularly checking in on you. They keep you on track though weekly check ins. It is a totally sustainable plan. I honestly don’t feel like I’m missing out /craving any food as the plan is all around food you love. I actually feel like I eat a lot more food (and still have my chocolate daily) however I am almost 1 and a half stone down and a dress size down since I started 3 months ago. I am now getting comments asking am I on the jabs..x I cannot thank you all enough.. Keaton, Mica & Jamie Lee thanks for making this happen. I could not have done it without you guys x"

"I found Mica a couple of years ago after struggling for YEARS with PCOS & yoyo’ing in weight. Was only with her a couple months and got pregnant naturally 🥰 Came back to her a few months after birth & was back to pre pregnancy weight in no time (whilst breastfeeding!!) - lightest I’ve been in years working with her & Liv. Dream team the most supportive people ever 🤍"

"Where to even start.. i am actually astounded at how my time with Mica has helped me so much. I was always the fat kid growing up, never been happy deep down with how i look but also not realising the toxic relationship i had with food. She took away the stress and overwhelm and just listened and told me what i needed to do. I am now 6 stone down and still in shock ive lost the weight. The sheer support and genuine care i have received i will forever be greatful. Thank you so much for getting me to this place, mentally and physically its the best ive ever been and i couldnt of done it without you ❤️"

"Couldn’t speak anymore highly of someone! She is amazing!"

"I’ve been with Winning Fitness for roughly 4 months now. In the beginning I was a bit apprehensive because I have tried dieting my entire adult life and never stuck to it, so why would this be any different? I couldn’t be more wrong. The plan I was put on is so realistic and sustainable it barely even feels like a diet. I never feel hungry and the plan even has a daily snack allowance built in. But the main benefit I see from the plan is having my coach there to be my hype woman. There were a couple of times early on in the process where I didn’t meet my weekly target and was being very tough on myself in my check ins and Teigan was there to bring me back down to earth and point out that I actually had made progress when I looked at my pictures and weekly averages. Another great thing about the plan is the girls are not there to tell you that you can never go out for meals or have a drink on the weekend, if anything they encourage you to enjoy yourself and work with you to make sure your social plans will work with your plan for the week. So even every week that I have been out for dinner at the weekend or had a few drinks I have still lost weight without feeling like I need to starve myself in the days leading up to the plans just to ‘earn’ them. This is why this plan is so sustainable. As I mentioned, my coach is Teigan and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She checks in with me almost every day and is full of advice and tips for every concern I have from lack of sleep to being consistent with workouts (although the girls do say if you don’t want to work out, you do not have to with this plan and they will not pressure you to do so. Mica also checks in every so often to provide support and encouragement and both her and Teigan are just the loveliest girls. Cannot recommend joining this company enough! I wish I had done it a long time ago. I have been getting so many compliments recently and my self confidence has reached levels I haven’t seen in YEARS!"

"I’ve been with Mica for around two months now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my progress. Before joining, I was going to the gym 5 days a week and eating relatively well, but I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Now, instead of stressing over hours in the gym, I focus on hitting my daily steps, staying within my calories, and still enjoying life and the foods I love. Mica and her team have been so supportive throughout the whole process and have completely changed my mindset around weight loss. They’ve shown me that you really can lose weight without restricting yourself or missing out on life. Last year I reached my heaviest at 11st 12lbs and felt miserable. When I started with Mica, I was around 11st 6lbs, and now I’m down to 10st 6lbs! I genuinely don’t think I could have achieved this without Mica and her amazing team🫶🏼"

"I wanted to leave this review as the saying goes credit where credits due. When I worked with Mica, I wasn’t truly ready to start working on myself properly and of course, she had no way of knowing that. Despite that, she was nothing but kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout. In the end, I decided not to continue because my head just wasn’t in the right place at the time. Mica handled that with complete understanding and professionalism. She’s passionate about what she does, genuinely knowledgeable, and has such a deep understanding of both the body and the mind. If you’re feeling stuck in a rut with your weight, confidence, or trapped on that exhausting merry-go-round of trying and failing, Mica really does understand. Her approach feels honest, realistic, and supportive rather than judgemental. I still really enjoy following her Instagram updates and seeing the positive journeys she shares. There’s an enthusiasm and sincerity to what she does that I honestly haven’t experienced anywhere else. I felt it was important to leave this review today. Mica keep going girl, you’re making a difference and thank you for helping me much more than you’ll ever know. Melissa"

"Its very early days HOWEVER the experience thus far, which prompted me to use Mica and the team has been incredible! My initial call with Mica was really comfortable - she has a passion for helping women and it really does show! It was her warmth and clear passion which prompted me to join her community where all the ladies are so supportive! I cannot wait to see what I achieve in 6 months! Thank you x"

"I'm a current member and have been since Jan 2026. After being overweight most of my adult life even though I didn't massively over-eat i cant put into words how validating it is to work with a company who understand female hormones and the challenges it causes and can help overcome it. The plan is so easy to follow and stick to, the one on one daily support is incredible and i finally at nearly 40 years old understand how to eat and be a healthy weight. I have already lost 2 thirds of my overall target in 4 months and i know this knowledge will set me up for the rest of my life. Litterally life changing"

"The support I received from Mica was first class, any little question or tweak to my plan was acted upon and she made me feel like I could actually achieve my goals. Never underestimate the power of someone being in your corner. Mica is knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. I was quite nervous before our initial video call but she soon made me feel comfortable. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to achieve their goals and find a new way of eating."

"Mica is amazing, caring, understanding and always honest! She has been through all the things we have when it comes to loosing weight; great to have a coach that has first hand experience. She is also firm and can back everything up that she tells you with the data and the science. Somehow the woman is always right! never had support like it, she is just fabulous!"

"Mica & Keaton are incredible at what they do. I was with them over 12 months, I learnt so much. I am STILL in contact with them now & they still give advice. You never become a stranger. I am now 5 stone less and happier than ever!!! Thank you both, mica thanks for always replying still to this day! X"

"I can’t say enough good things about Mica and Winning Fitness. They have literally changed my life. I tried so hard to shift the weight, eating as little as possible, denying myself everything, I couldn’t have this, couldn’t have that.. stuck in cycles of being starving and then overeating because I was starving, having no real direction. That all changed when I met Mica, it’s honestly the best move I ever made. I don’t deny myself anything anymore, I can go to social situations without panicking and feeling like I’ve failed, I don’t have the food noise anymore, it’s been so liberating! I’ve lost 15kg and I’m showing no signs of stopping. Mica has given me myself back and that’s been the most amazing gift. I wish I’d started with her years ago. She’s also kind, funny, understanding, she’s more than just a coach! If you’re thinking about it then please just do it, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. This is not a regime, it’s not a gruelling plan that leaves you knackered, it’s education, it’s sustainability, it’s understanding and most important it’s about living life!"

"I started coaching with Winningfitness over 4 weeks ago, never felt more supported and listened to and the weight is coming off so easy. I do not feel restricted and my plan was fully tailored to my likes & dislikes which makes staying on plan so easy. Feel like this process has genuinely changed my life right from the first meeting with Mica and 4 weeks later I already know I’m going to extend my programme, you won’t regret it and like mica always says health is wealth ❤️ I feel so lucky to be part of the community and would highly recommend to every single woman I meet."

"The support from Jamie is amazing. Thank you Jay for everything credit to the team. I learned weight loss is not linar, how your body fluctuates I now understand my body more, how to juggle events, holidays included in the plan & without the guilt then also how to get back in the mindset not spiral off plan. Feeling much better towards food & fitness in general Xxx"

"Highly recommend these guys! The support I recieved was amazing and I never felt like I was alone on the journey. I've now reached my goal and would never have done that without Liv and Mica! Thank you so much x"

"This team are truly incredible. I joined them when I was stuck in such a rut, mentally and physically and HATED what I saw in the mirror. They have changed my mindset with food, nutrition and movement. It’s not scary nor does it have to be. The support they provide is UNMATCHED and they truly truly care and that is so evident in the whole ethos of the company. I have lost 1/3rd of my body weight without being restrictive, no quick fast torturous diets. I have grown so much more confident in myself and I could not have done that without the help of my coach, liv you are one of life’s true angels."
