"I had an issue with a transaction. I thought I knew what I was doing and got things right, but it looks like I didn't. I reached out to Coinpayments and they helped me recover my funds. I am very happy with the customer service and the help they provided. It was great. Thank you Coinpayments, your help was well appreciated."
"Fast and reliable support! Thanks for that"
"There is need to intensify effort in reaching out to people who are really interested to be part of innovation on coinbase. Why is it that some African countries were denied"
"It took me 12 emails to get my funds back. 11 times I was told no, until it was a yes after filing an official complain, referring to their own policies regarding recovering of the funds, and telling them that I followed the trail of the funds. I was certainly being played, or the support was playing cat and mouse with me not understading the difference between a manual recovery of the funds via tech team and a normal transaction. Maybe they thought I wouldn't know a thing, or know what to ask for. Either ways, they were not there to assist me. If it wasn't for my own determination, I would have never seen the money again. It's a small amount, but it's a matter of principles to me."
"Nice platform"
"Sent payment, Coinpayment never "confirmed" transaction even though I sent extra and it confirmed on the blockchain within minutes refused to send money back even after later confirming they got it. So beware using them I didn't have a choice with transaction and judging by all the negative reviews this is a scam company you should try to avoid at all costs."
"Honestly my experience with fin from support has been great, so i thought id leave a review!"

"Hello, I am contacting you because my payment was sent to your platform's wallet address via the BSC (BNB Smart Chain) network by mistake. The funds are already in your address 0x540EEcF45F80E43da0A131980B6601aa6A4C10F5B. Please have a manager manually check this BSC deposit and return my 11.29 USDT immediately. "They have the best support team and they always look foward to help the anyone"
"THIS ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY SCAMMING PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD, REFUND MY MONEY"

"CoinPayments has been an extremely disappointing service from start to finish. Firstly, they are painfully slow. We regularly wait 30–45 minutes just to receive an IPN/webhook, even for extremely fast networks such as Solana, where transactions themselves are confirmed within seconds. For a payment processor, that kind of delay is unacceptable. Secondly, their withdrawal fees are ridiculously expensive. Depending on the cryptocurrency, you can end up paying $20–$50 in so-called “gas fees” just to withdraw your own funds. For example, they may charge around $50 to withdraw ETH even when the actual network fee at the time is only a tiny fraction of that amount. These fees seem completely disconnected from the real on-chain transaction costs. Finally, their support is some of the least useful customer support I have ever dealt with. Communicating with them feels like talking to a wall or an automated bot. You repeatedly receive the same generic, pre-written responses, while nobody appears willing or able to actually investigate or resolve the issue. When questioning excessive withdrawal fees, responses such as “these are the system’s standard gas fees and we cannot adjust them” are especially frustrating when CoinPayments is the company operating that very system. Between the slow payment notifications, excessive withdrawal fees, and ineffective support, I cannot recommend CoinPayments. There are payment providers available that are significantly cheaper and considerably faster, and it does not take much searching to find them. Avoid CoinPayments at all costs."

"Super helpful team, I mistakenly send funds on the wrong network and lose hope of getting them back. I submit the request and within a 20 minutes they resolved and send back my funds. thanks to the Jennie!!!"
"I just want to express my sincere gratitude to the CoinPayments support team. Thank you so much for your active assistance and incredible patience in helping me resolve my issue.Excellent service"
"**Nearly a Year Trying to Withdraw €924 – Still No Resolution** I have been trying on and off for almost a year to withdraw approximately €924 worth of crypto from my CoinPayments account so that I can close the account. Despite raising multiple support tickets, providing the information requested and repeatedly asking for assistance, I still do not have a resolution. To make matters worse, I cannot access the Freshdesk support portal to read responses to my tickets because my login details do not work. I have repeatedly explained this and asked CoinPayments to contact me directly by email. I have even resorted to contacting CoinPayments through social media simply to try to get someone to help. My support tickets include: **854101, 854087, 854102 and 854109.** After almost a year, I believe it is completely unacceptable that I am still unable to get a clear answer explaining what is preventing me from accessing and withdrawing my funds. I am not asking for anything complicated. I want CoinPayments to: 1. Confirm the status of my funds. 2. Explain exactly what is preventing the withdrawal. 3. Tell me if any further verification is required. 4. Contact me directly by email because I cannot access Freshdesk. 5. Allow me to withdraw my remaining funds and close my account. I am posting this publicly because my repeated attempts to resolve the issue privately have not resulted in a solution. I will happily update this review if CoinPayments resolves the matter. **CoinPayments: please escalate these tickets and provide me with a clear way to withdraw my funds.**"
"The support team was helpful and resolved the issue quickly. They clearly explained the partial payment situation and assisted us in getting the received amount processed. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfactory experience."

"Our company has been using CoinPayments as a merchant payment processor, but we recently encountered an unacceptable issue where the platform effectively freezes user funds due to flaws in its own system architecture. The Problem: We attempted to withdraw our remaining balance of 0.03947136 ETH, which easily meets their stated minimum withdrawal threshold of 0.006 ETH (+ 0.003 ETH fee). However, the withdrawal failed with the error: "Exceeds 100 address per withdrawal limit." Contradictions & Refusals by Support: We opened Ticket #854337 to request an internal address sweep. The support team provided contradictory and illogical responses: First, they claimed our balance was split across over 100 addresses. Later, they provided an Excel export showing only 18 active addresses, with balances ranging from $5 to $10 per address (amounts that originally came from normal client deposits). Support claimed that each address must have at least 0.003 ETH to pay for Gas, yet 13 out of 18 addresses in their own log exceed this 0.003 ETH threshold. Blockchain history shows that CoinPayments' own Callback Address API and automated sweeping algorithms partially drained our addresses in past transactions, intentionally leaving behind micro-residuals, and now their support labels these remaining funds as "dust" and refuses to release them. Conclusion: CoinPayments is a custodial service, meaning users do NOT have access to private keys or seed phrases to resolve address fragmentation manually. Their support team explicitly refused to perform a manual backend sweep and expects us to write off our funds simply because their own automated system works improperly. Misleading clients with withdrawal rules you do not honor and seizing merchant funds due to internal platform bugs is completely unacceptable. We strongly advise other merchants to look for reliable payment processors elsewhere."

"I've had CoinPayments integrated with my platform Creatortab (creatortab.com) for quite a while now. It's been working flawlessly since day one. Recently they rolled out their new version and migrated away from the legacy system. I was honestly worried about the transition - migrations can be a nightmare. But their team helped me through the entire process smoothly. ✅ Clear documentation on what was changing ✅ Responsive support when I had questions ✅ Smooth migration with zero downtime for my users ✅ New version is cleaner and better structured It's refreshing to work with a payment processor that actually supports their clients through platform changes instead of leaving them stranded. If you're looking for a reliable crypto payment gateway that won't disappear or hold your data hostage, CoinPayments is the real deal. They've proven themselves over time and the new platform is a solid upgrade. Keep up the good work guys. 👍"
"Response to the response: "We take feedback seriously". So how do you take it seriously? You just answered by acting you're within your rights and that's it. Nothing has changed and you lost a customer. Like I said in my last e-mail: you are thiefs. I wish you the absolute worst. Original review: CoinPayments has stolen 65 euro's for a maintanance fee "to encourage me to make use of my wallet more" is what Jennie, a member of their personal literally wrote to me in a e-mail. Actual text: "The goal is to encourage active use of the platform" and she said it is in the User Agreement and the entire world knows nobody actually reads that shit. I have send multiple e-mails to them because NEM isn't supported anymore but now it seems that I just lost that money because I tried to wire it but they couldn't help me with it and now I don't see it in my wallet anymore. A company that steals your money."

"I had some old crypto on Legacy from 2016–2017. I received an email saying it was being delisted, so I tried to withdraw it to another exchange. The verification process took 5 days before I could do anything. Then, after those 5 days, I couldn't log in because my account had been blocked or deleted. You tell me."
