Nice job! I really like it
I paid $6,000 to this organization after my sentencing, and was misled to think they could reduce my "time". But I did not get one day reduced because I had a short sentence. (They should have known that). Also, when I was in Prison I met others who were dissatisfied that when they entered prison they felt abandoned by this group, as did I. They are excellent in preparing you to enter prison. I like the group personally but feel they need help with PR after they cash your check. They did help me with making my prison time more understandable and more pleasant and I am grateful for that. I have really tried to get help after I am out of prison, with shortening my 3 years probation, but have not gotten a bit of help. So maybe somebody could advise me what to do. I looked on line, and it seems that after one year, a petition can be made to end this .

As for many of us, this is the worst experience of our lives. It’s difficult every step of the way, there seems to be a different obstacle every week, and the process goes on for years. The biggest mistake I made in this entire process was not engaging Sam and Larry earlier in the process. They have exceeded every initial expectation I had in terms of knowledge, responsiveness, and all levels of support. I have yet to speak to other one of them and leave our meeting or conversation, without a solution, and I always feel more knowledgeable and confident afterwards. They are in tune and up to date on all of the ever changing policies and programs related to all white collar crimes. I’m in such a better place mentally since I began working with Sam and Larry. No matter where you are at in this process, I highly recommend scheduling an initial session with them as soon as you can, you will not regret it. Larry, Sam, and everyone at compliance mitigation, thank you for all you do and for all of your support. Mike N
Worth every penny, not only did they help to get me the lowest sentence possible, they explained everything so I went into each step with confidence knowing just what will take place.
I do really appreciate Larry taking the time to hear my story and then articulating that story into a very thorough and well written writeup for the judge to consider. This experience I find myself in, like many other first time offenders' experiences has been hell for me, but having people like Larry and Justin to offer me encouragement and guidance provides me some invaluable hope.
I am struggling with Federal legal issues. These group of men have struggled with the Federal legalities as I am. They strive to help others through the process. They are very knowledgeable and once had similar struggles in the Federal system like me. They are very supportive and really care. They interviewed family, friends, coworker, mentors and wrote the most amazing "Character Reference" letters on my behalf for the judge. They helped me understand things I didn't have the answers for. They responded to my texts, phone calls, emails promptly. Very professional. Little expensive, but well worth it. I recommend them to anyone who is struggling, worrying and need assistance with your federal case. AMAZING. Thank you to all of you...
No words could express how appreciative I am of the assistance that Compliance Mitigation has provided to me over the past three months. Though I had done as much research as I could to prepare for what I was going through and what I may be facing as I am sentenced to federal prison, nothing was as helpful as Compliance Mitigation. With ‘my narrative’ to the judge, the process was cathartic and enabled me to make progress in moving through the guilt of my crime. The resulting ten-page narrative was so far beyond my expectations – and I will be eternally grateful that the judge will now at least know me as more than the horrible version of me presented in the Presentencing Report. They have not only helped me tremendously by listening to ‘my story’ and giving me the opportunity to provide ‘my narrative’ to the federal judge – but they also helped me to shift my entire mindset as I prepare to spend years in federal prison. Since contacting Compliance Mitigation three months ago, I enrolled in college and was accepted into a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. After being accepted I was able to transfer 29 units from four previous universities I had attended and I have finished four courses (12 units) online. I am also currently completing four additional courses (12 units) and plan to have these completed by the time I am sentenced in three months. Additionally, I will continue to attend therapy weekly sessions, which has assisted in my ability to recognize and admit the impact of a traumatic childhood, as well as the role of alcohol, drugs and abuse into adulthood. I honestly believe that I am such a better person as a result of having the opportunity to work with Compliance Mitigation, and I am so very grateful for the shift in thinking that has occurred as I face a prison sentence. I am committed to becoming a better version of myself as I continue taking university courses via mail correspondence, learn everything that I can in RDAP, and focus on positivity once incarcerated. My #1 goal is to come out stronger on the other side of this when I have at least completed my sentence and am able to continue moving forward.
I first saw the videos in YouTube when searching White Collar Crime. My only regret is not subscribing to the consultation prior to my sentencing. I honestly don't know if may have ultimately resulted in a lesser sentence, but now I'll never know. Three weeks ago I signed up for the consulting and so far the service has exceeded my expectations. Both Sam and Lawrence have been great. Always willing to answer questions and both have a wealth of information they seem eager to share. I self report in 3 weeks and their guidance has been a perfect match for what I've been looking for. Their advice is in perfect alignment for what I'm hoping to accomplish throughout this chapter in my life. Thank you.
I searched awhile before coming across Compliance Mitigation. I was nervous at first that it would not be helpful. I was very wrong! Sam and Larry were beyond helpful. I highly recommend Compliance Mitigation, they go above and beyond. Always willing to answer my calls and all my questions.
Receiving the benefit of personal experience from Compliance Mitigation professionals is a rare and very previous opportunity. All CM team members treat their clients with respect, personal care and a high level of professionalism. You would be well served to place your current predicament in their highly capable hands.
The team at Compliance Mitigation has been invaluable in helping me to prepare my client for sentencing. The Compliance Mitigation group provides excellent suggestions for mitigation strategies, advises the client with respect to prison placement and programs, and assists in preparing a proposal to the judge for alternative sentence to incarceration which includes specific community service work. One very helpful aspect of their work was in assisting the client in preparing a letter to the judge in advance of sentencing. As a lawyer, when I tend to draft these letters, they often end up reading too lawyerly. The team at Compliance Mitigation helps the client find his or her voice and convey the client's voice in the letter. The team is responsive and conscientious.
To say Sam Mangels has been a reliable, dependable, comforting presence is just not enough. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Mangels for guidance on what my next of step in surrendering to prison would be he was extremely equipped and beyond knowledgeable to forecast the road presenting ahead of myself. More over, he had contacts for me to engage in what a woman’s facility would be like and how to properly prepare. Mr. Mangels outlined for myself and my family how to navigate the unknown road ahead for myself as well educating myself on every possible detail being covered. I can text or phone him any time of day within proper reason and he always respond in the most kind and immediate matter. More than that he has a calming voice and matter of fact presence. I know when I call Mr. Mangels he will tell me his honest thoughts and his opinion which has never been not on point. We have gotten to know each other in a short time, have humor to make heavy things light hearted and I know when I end my phone call that I feel the heaviness of my personal situation lifted. Throughout my personal process my husband and I have spent astronomical amounts of money but my Coach - Sam Mangels has been the best money spent. As an athlete through youth, high school and college; the best coaches are those to recognize you and your strengths and how to use those skills to propel yourself to shine in your best light. Sam Mangels is motivating, always positive, always honest, as well as invested in you as a person from day one through the day you once can fully breathe again no matter how lengthy that process before yourself is. Just as the lighthouse stands, unwavering and always directing the best path forward; that is Sam and he is my Coach.
The experience with Michael and his team has been nothing short of amazing. They have exceeded our expectations at every point throughout the process. Being involved in a government investigation can be one of the most challenges experiences in someone's life. Around every corner is an unknown - and then comes the regret of learning more and wishing you handled any given step of the process differently. Michael has an ability to see around corners, know what is coming, and help his clients take the best course of action at any time in the process. The time to start working with him is never too soon. I wish we had met earlier but am glad we at least began working together when we did. He not only helps with the nuances of an investigation but plays a role in helping you prepare for success while you are away and when you get back. He and his team truly carry and support you from the start to the finish - and the finish line is further off than it may seem. It is a calming and securing feeling to have someone like him there for guidance. I highly recommend Michael - his wisdom and assistance is truly priceless.
These people are simply the best. They will always respond to your calls and questions and make you feel at ease. They know what they are talking about and will take you through it step by step. Could not have made it without them. Invaluable! Sam is amazing.
Excelent service, they always answer your questions
I highly recommend the entire team at Compliance Mitigation. My experience with White Collar Advice was very positive. Working with Justin Paperny and Brad Rouse made a big difference in the sentencing in my legal case. I had a better than expected outcome because of them. I wish we had engaged them sooner.
I met Justin Paperny in November 2019 when he was a guest speaker for a luncheon hosted by the Washington State Society of CPAs. He shared his book Ethics in Motion and talked about his journey of poor ethical choices that led to federal sentencing. I teach accounting at Whitworth University, and it became clear at that time that his lessons would be valuable for my own students to hear. Since then, Justin and his clients visit my classes two to three times each semester via Zoom to share their personal stories, and students have the chance to interact with them personally. This has been an invaluable partnership with White Collar Advice that enhances the delivery of ethics education, leaving a lasting impression on students about how they too can be vulnerable to making wrong choices that could impact their future career.
My Presentence interview was very easy with the assistance and the help to prepare. This experience was very good. Mitigation consultant helped me in every way that was needed. They answered all my questions immediately at any given time. My presentence interviewer said that my preparation and my presentence report letter was so good that I did her job for her. I am so grateful that I found compliance mitigation before I had this meeting. My experience with this situation, with the help of mitigation consultants, has taken all my anxiety away about the future. I am confident. Thank you
Hire Justin and his team now!!!! Hire them yesterday. I found Justin through watching his youtube videos at White Collar Advice and after interviewing several groups who were in the "Prison Consultant" field I settled on Justin and his team and I am am so glad I did. He and his team are more than prison consultants. They are counselors, encouragers, truth-tellers and guides that walked me through the entire process. I am so glad I found them and glad I used them. I was a dentist who plead guilty to one count of "conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud". After a gut wrenching three year investigation by the Feds, my attorney's and I decided it was in my best interest to plea. As my attorneys said, "this isn't about justice, this is about who wins". Upon my decision to plea, I knew that the fight had just begun. I was in no place to make decisions and did not have an understanding of what was to take place next. I thank God for being able to hire Justin and his fantastic team at Compliance Mitigation. They helped me collect my character reference letters and interviewed my family and friends so I could place myself in the best possible light for the Judge and as Justin says, "prepare myself for the best possible outcome". They prepared me for the sentencing by actively being involved with me and helping me direct my attorneys to achieve my "best possible outcome". At sentencing, the federal government was pursuing a sentence of 51 months. I received a 33 month sentence and I believe that having Justin and his team navigate with me helped tremendously. My family and I were deeply relieved and thankful for our legal representation and Justin and his team. The federal government does not care about the sentence length or you being away from your families, they care about conviction. I promise you that if you can shave off one month of your time in prison, it is worth hiring Compliance Mitigation. But my story doesn't end there. Upon surrendering to prison, Justin and the team prepared me for applying to the RDAP program which then led to an early acceptance into the program. Without Justin and his team I truly believe that I would not have been accepted into RDAP nor would I have known about RDAP. As I said earlier, I was sentenced to 33 months in prison. I served only10 months in prison. I did not get out early due to covid but because of the skilled and compassionate preparation given by Justin and the team at Compliance Mitigation. He prepared me mentally for what was to come in prison. He stayed in contact with my family during my time in prison and kept sanity and reality when it was needed. I firmly believe that I served a 10 month sentence because of the professional preparation that Justin and his team provided. I will be forever grateful to Justin Paperny and Brad Rouse and all of the people invloved with Compliance Mitigation.
