"I have tried several software platforms, and love Content360. I use it for my social media for myself as a producer, my films as well as my film festival. Being able to schedule far in advance, and being able to duplicate previous posts to schedule again is huge. Also the feature of "groups" so I can select film, festival or myself and it has the social media platforms I want to post to. Best advise, try it and watch youtube videos on how to. This is a no brainer for the low cost one time fee!"

"I requested a refund within the 14 days and didn’t see an email asking to confirm. I have a child with complex needs and epilepsy and life gets busy especially during summer. I have not used the platform and followed up the request to refund and they are not honouring it, even though my first request was within the 14 days. Really disappointed!"

"I contacted the company after much research to see if it would work for my needs. They were very nice and told me exactly what I wanted to hear (red flag). I bought the program as there are not many spots left and they said we'll get back to you with the confirmation of how we can work your solution. I only wanted to use it for 3 small websites and my question was do I need to buy 3 or just 1. I have been waiting for over a week for a response. Yet they keep phoning me from some international number asking about some webbuilding program I signed up for (which i did not). Cost...$1250 US. What a bunch of scammers. I have repeatedly asked for my money back as I have never even opened the program or even confirmy email, as I have been waiting for further instructions. I have tried to contact them repeatedly, but now they are ignoring me. Stay away from these guys!!!!! Huge rip off!!!!"

"After 6 months of deliberation, I took the plunge and purchased Content360. It didn't work. I contacted support and asked for a refund. I was redirected to email two specific email addresses, which I promptly emailed and requested a refund. It has been 5 days since I sent that email, 3 days since I sent a follow-up and no response, no acknowledgement, NOTHING. I am within the 14-day refund window, and I have had a bad experience, not only with the product but also with the customer service team. The bad reviews are true, at least I now know that first-hand. *UPDATE* On 15/06/2026 I FINALLY received a response from the customer support team after sending yet another email to them asking for a refund. They offered to talk me through and help me work with the software rather than apologising and refunding my money. They claim to have a 14-day refund policy, yet don't give a refund when you actually ask for it."

"This is a must-have! The setup was so easy; I had at least 14 different social media accounts set up in less than 10 minutes. This was after struggling all day trying to set up Publer, which had a monthly fee, whereas Content 360, at least for now, is a one-time fee. Jump on this while you can. It's a dream product with many features that are all included; no need for an upgrade."

"DO NOT PURCHASE!! SCAM!!! This platform is not an app as I expected and does not work. I was unable to connect my business social media sites - it would only like to my personal sites. I requested help and they could not resolve the problem. I purchaed on 7/4/26 and with a few hours requested a refund. I have emailed multiple times requesting refund and at one point was told they have forwarded my request to billing, but have yet to receive my refund as of today, 7/19/26. Garbage platform, garbage customer service."

"Avoid this product at all costs. Not only is it a con, offering a "lifetime license" only to then try to upsell to a "Premium" product, when I decided within 48 hours that the learning curve was something I couldn't afford to undertake, I asked for a refund. I had not used any resources or used the product. Someone called Mitali promised to contact accounts (Why can't Dom authorise a refund?) but then, despite multiple multiple emails to Dom, MItali and Support, one month later, they refuse my refund because it is "outside of refund eligibility"! This is a scam! The product is not very good and when you ask for a refund, they avoid you. Behaviour like this usually means that the company isn't doing well financially so I suggest that you look elsewhere."
