"I contracted this organization to so editing of two books between March and April 2024. The experience has been Terrible, unprofessional, and definitely a waste of your money and time. Your project manager or whatever they call them change almost every month. Ashley Adams is crass, unprofessional and does not speak truth. She told me that she saw the printed book and the headings were blue. All lies when Ii checked the book it was all black. The bio was wrong on the back of my book and this delayed me sending books to a conference and she did not even offer an apology. This company contracts offshore workers on Fiver and pretend that they have an in-house team. I proved this when some contractors on Fiver started messaging me about conversations they were having with them. They were using my account to send the messages. To date I have not had one review. They did a bunch of mediocre post on Instagram which were liked by what I think are persons paid to click on posts and like them. Not One Real comment after months of so-called marketing. My advice to those looking for a publishing company is STAY AWAY from this group of people. They are not worth your time ( and you will have to spend a LOT of time to do the editing yourself). Terrible, terrible company to deal with."

"🚨 SCAM ALERT: Content Development Pros Will Steal Your Time & Money! 🚨 My experience with Content Development Pros has been nothing short of a disaster. Their leadership is non-existent, and professionalism is severely lacking. Instead of direct communication, you're stuck with a "VP of Marketing Services" who is essentially just a project manager that doesn’t even have the decency to return calls. It's email after email, with no follow-through, no urgency, and certainly no accountability. They utterly failed to launch a lead campaign through Meta for me, which was supposed to be a critical part of my business. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they started a website rewrite in late July 2024, and to this day, it remains incomplete. Before they touched my site, my SEO score was 85—now it’s down to 77! They don’t even know how to maintain a consistent flow across product pages. Imagine having nine product pages, each with varying numbers of FAQs and mismatched formatting—one page had 4 FAQs, another had 8! There’s no continuity or attention to detail at all. To top it off, they barely used my business name in the content—maybe ten times, if that. What kind of marketing company forgets to optimize content for the client’s brand? John and Steve, who I dealt with directly, are the most unethical individuals I have ever come across. They promised me refunds—a whopping $300 for the Meta campaign errors and $400 for the content rewrite issues—but I haven’t seen a single cent. They’ve gone radio silent despite me tracking every email with read receipts. They claim they don’t outsource their work, but if that’s the case, why won’t they let you talk to the actual content team? You’re stuck dealing with their so-called “VP” and “Senior VP.” It makes no sense! Oh, and don’t be fooled by their “Google Certified” claims—they aren’t even Google verified. Their Better Business Bureau reviews are horrendous, and the only positive feedback on Google is clearly manipulated to bury the bad ones. They operate with a virtual address, and I’d bet anything they’re running this scam straight out of their garage. 🚨 Run, run! Don’t give them your money! 🚨 Save yourself the headache and avoid Content Development Pros at all costs! 💸"
