"This is just a guy reading from a textbook in a mundane voice and extremely hard to listen to with glitches. I requested a refund due to this, the company refused but said that they'd send the reading material. The reading material never arrived. After several months of back and forth and reporting to BBB they still denied any refund. They are a scam, its cheaper to just buy a book and write the test yourself. You can find any answers you need online."
