"I ordered N95 masks and rapid covid test kits from the covcare.com site, which claimed that both items were in stock. I received an email stating that both items were shipped. When shipment was received it contained only masks. Contacted customer support after about 1 week; they said tests were out of stock and would ship in a week. I opted to cancel the test order. On hold for ~15 min until representative answered. They did not inform me until that point that the so-called "in stock" tests were actually not in stock and would ship separately."

I’ve lost my patience and the lack of or seriously delayed response has only served to escalate my feelings of being taken for close to $200 by Covcare I’m horrified reading all the bad reviews I found on line. I’ve patiently waited over 5 weeks for ten N95 masks and have gotten the same lies as everyone else who wrote Poor reviews. 1 We have them in stock 2 They are shipping this week 3 They are shipping next week 4 We will put you as a priority. Unfortunately I ordered an additional ten and paid the 25 percent premium to ensure expedited delivery. I assume I’ll get the same response everyone else who complained got saying to contact covcare so they can “further investigate”. Here’s an idea for the “owner” ....ship my orders and STOP putting it back on your customers to continue to contact you after you took our hard earned money. I’ve placed feedback on the Better Business Bureaus website as well. The ultimate insult Is the email I received from the company just last night showing A picture of the Shipment they “ just received” so I would think they have these items in stock. I emailed them back stating that it was exactly the same photograph theY used in an email from two weeks prior Disgraceful!!"
