Avoid! Worst bank and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m working on switching banks and getting rid of them. I bought an item from StockX, and the item turned out to be a fake. I contacted StockX within the deadlines to request a refund and to send the item back to them, they refused and maintained the item was real. I got the Auction house Sotheby’s to look at the Bearbrick and they confirmed it was fake and presented the evidence to StockX and my bank (Credit Suisse) for a debit card charge back, StockX did not reply to the evidence and the bank didn’t do anything other than to say I need to take it up with the Merchant and they didn’t see any valid reason to do a chargeback. So the only thing I can do is take StockX to court, but I live in another county in Europe, it’s not possible to take them to court in the US with out spending $$$$ Avoid Credit Suisse. Any normal bank that is supposed to help its customers would have done a debit card charge back. I have an update, since the reply provided by StockX, where they requested me to come back to them regarding my review and experience, as per their response on Trustpilot. Once I got back to them, then they continued to be difficult, not honor their guarantee, did not provide me a refund, continued to ignore my emails and make things difficult and not provide me with a refund, even though they gave me a fake bearbrick. So I have good news, once I threatened them with court action, the reason I am explaining this is so that you can do the same, then I got my money back. In order to take them to Smalls Claims Court in the UK, you need to send them a letter first. The problem, is they don't provide an address in the UK or any company details. But, I have found their UK entity, you can send legal letter to taken them to the Small claims court and I would address it to: StockX 5 New Street Square London EC4A 3TW

Yesterday, I had my portfolio healthcheck discussion with one of the relationship managers of Credit Suisse at the Paradeplatz Office. The discussion went fantastically well. Not only the fact Mr Erol listened to my expectations patiently, he offered some excellent advice and solved my problem. Going forward, after the CS - UBS integration takes place, I would love to be take advisory from him. Cannot thank him enough !

After the merger with UBS the service level of Credit Suisse went significantly down. I have been with Credit Suisse for 10 yrs and all requests were solved online/offline quickly and professionally. Now there is no more option of online chat. The call back option though was quick - in 2min, however, I was transferred 4 times, got disconnected listening to the silence, had to ask to call me back again, etc. In total I had to spend more than 30 min to find a solution to the issue that was actually caused by the bank. They did not do a good job in the first place and I had to chase them... Very disappointing. I do hope this is still the impact of a transition period, but unfortunately it looks like the new employees are lacking expertise and far from the professional level that Credit Suisse employees used to be. p.s. And what's going on with the waiting line? Noise, cracking, as if I'm calling a country with very poor telephone service...

I made a transfer on 02.05.2025 via Credit Suisse E-Banking (online) in the amount of CHF 500 to an account in the United Kingdom. I received a notification from the recipient that they had not received the transfer after a week. I contacted Credit Suisse, and the customer agent guaranteed me that the payment was successful and that it might take a few more days, so I should be patient. This didn't make sense to me, as it was already 7 days after the transfer. I called again to inform Credit Suisse that the recipient's bank still had not received the transfer. The customer agent's response was: "Sir, it was your fault because you didn't input the beneficiary's name correctly." I felt stupid. I checked a few minutes later and realized the agent had no idea what he was talking about. I called again and spoke to someone else. I explained the whole situation, and she told me that the payment was under investigation. I asked for what, and her response was: "I don't know." I called again after 20 days to file a complaint. There was a rude customer agent who said: "BE PATIENT. YOUR MONEY IS NOT BEING POCKETED BY ANYONE. WE JUST CAN’T TELL WHERE THE MONEY IS!" On the same day, I was transferred to the relationship manager, who told me that there was no complaint on record. She said she would check with the investigation team and get back to me the same day or the day after. This was last week — today is 26.05.2025 — still no response.

Basically soft-scammers. They scam you on SEPA-payment fees (main source of income for them now?) as well as on protecting from frauds (never heard them back/refused to talk to me after I lost a small amount due to card clonation) Then they act surprised as they got bankrupt !

Don’t use them as a bank. A simple reservations of funds from a hotel stay will take them 30 days to release even though the hotel released the funds weeks ago.

Very disappointing customer service and their application is not that good. It duplicated an investment in my pension, and had debit balance for days, no matter how many times I called, they are taking forever to fix it. They dont call back when they tell you they will, and always the same answer, tomorrow will be fixed, maybe. Unacceptable

Ive written posts about Creditsuisse( b investors) before. This is an update. I made a deposit with them a few months ago of £1000. I asked to withdraw all monies, profits. After pure hassle, broken promises I recieved £240. Why only that amonut? Well in the short time they were investing for me they lost me £760, unbeliveable isnt it. Ive seen interviews with public figures singing their praises. My advice, dont touch them with a barge pole, even with someones you dont like. Very unprofessional, I told my trader on multiple occassions to sell bitcion as Gols is where its at, he never carried out my direct instructions, ever. Morale of the story, invest yourself. Its really easy. There are loads of dummy apps where you can practise untill you feel comfortable. As a sidenote. I made £423 in a few days. Much better than the B investors experts.

I’d give it a negative rating if I could. I’ve messaged them on their so called helpline multiple times. It’s not very helpful. Too many mistakes to mention here but the first relates to a rental deposit account closure. The form was posted on Wednesday 14th August so I assumed it would be received and actioned by the latest Friday 16th. I message “Customer Service” on the Friday to ask if the firm received and I speak to a useless agent called Anthony Tafur who tells me the rental department is a “protected department” and they cannot be contacted to see if the forms been received but “I should not worry since they should action the form within 20 business days”. 20 business days is 4 weeks!!! I expect it to be actioned on the day of receipt, not 4 weeks!! Total shambles.

I am dealing with the pensions department in Switzerland. Their level of customer service reminds me a little of how it was in the UK in the 1970s and 1980s before the internet and emails existed. They refuse to accept emails, despite an "email agreement" being in place, fail to respond to letters and are hopelessly inefficient. Hopefully, after 30 years, I will be their customer for only a few more weeks.

I have given order to transfer shares (standard NYSE and NASDAQ stuff) to PostFinance because they are certainly cheaper and probably better and CS is broke anyway. For four weeks until now, there was no action and not even a confirmation of my order. Are they procrastinating in order to cash depot charges for one last time?

Very unfriendly and erogant customer service. Today received a phone call from Duvoisin from Lausanne. This Guy even not fit for pimp. His way of speaking with an long existing client is very unprofessional. I wish CS should soon fire this kind of Employees if they want to continue Business.

Their quality of customer service is very low, they opened my account but they lost the papers that I have done so after two weeks of me trying to send thousands of chf on it and receiving them back as failed transactions after 3 working days, I finally decided to call them and they told me that they made a mistake and I have to go back to the bank. It’s the first time that I open a bank account and it is not possible to put money on it, that’s the basic. Now I understood why they went bankrupt if all their employees are like this. At least I am happy that I am not going to start a nightmare journey with them. They lost 100k chf per year as fixed income from me (not counting investments and so on).

These guys set me up and now I need to make everyone aware of their cheating tricks! . My only advice is for traders who have fallen in their pit to reach out to the right people who can really help with refunding such a ponzi program. There are few fakes that don't do the right job and pay fees for the service. I lost quite a bit of money before meeting the right litigation company. They will "subtract" money from you for no reason They did this to me. 12 attempts to clarify only 2 did not get ignored. Escalated to a formal complaint but they never replied (multiple chasers all ignored). Do not bother with the mediator or regulator. They will ignore the mediator (I tried) and the regulator is in their pocket (totally ignored me). Just avoid their fraudulent services. About 230 CHF out of pocket that they know I will not take them to court for because of the costs.

After my ROI withdrawal from Plutonium, I sent two international transfers of $2000 each to my friend who uses CS for banking. They lost the second one for three weeks after rejecting the first one. Charged me $456 for the deposit and won't engage in conversation. In order to recover the second payment, my bank had to pursue it.

The CSX white is a great deal as it comes with a Mastercard and there is no fees as long as you do not withdraw cash and pay with your card only. The opening was rapid and easy.

It was very easy to open an account and receive Mastercard Debit card. There was no need to send a letter by post to declare my tax status. The CSX app and website are easy to use. It deserves an additional star for availability of English language in the app, website and customer support
