"Went well till my last payment was supposed to go through and it didn't tried correcting it by calling the the day before payment was due called and emailed no response was on hold for 2 hours multiple times including Friday yesterday and today due to supposed high call volumes the automatic system ended the call multiple times after it hit the 2 hour mark ‼️ wtf it's my last payment and y'all are just sitting there doing absolutely nothing"

"Clerk l spoke with was the most patient person l have ever encountered concerning such an important matter. What l did not appreciate was being charged $257.00 for a discrepancy action l did not initiate. Because my credit card management is exemplary Capitol One offered me a Savor Credit Card stating my credit rating would not be affected, Then l was sent an alert that a Hard Inquiry occurred. Because of the statement made in the offer concerning “no affect” on credit and a Hard Inquiry occurring, I had to pay $257.00 to have the 2 Hard Inquiries removed. Unfairness because of aforementioned."
