"Terrible customer service. My wife missed a couple payments due to using wrong account unknowingly and they shut her account off. Wife explained to customer service that her mother passed recently and had a lot going on and they said they did not care, refused to work with her and reopen her account and had the nerve to tell my wife that her personal life and loss of her mother was not thier problem. No compassion at all. Most credit card banks will work with thier customers but not this one. They need to have a program that helps thier customers when an unforeseen issue arises and not rely on a computer telling them what decisions to make instead of an actual person. They should be ashamed of themselves in my opinion."

"Credit One has been good to me. I have very carefully made every payment on time. I have tried to be diligent in my payments and my credit care. I don't like that the APR is so high, but I came from a place where my credit score was not stellar. After a year of on time payments, Credit One offered me a second card with double the credit limit and a lower APR. If you have a mediocre credit score and want to diligently work on your credit I recommend beginning again with Credit One."
