"This company is a total scam. They charged me over $1,200 over one year with no results. Every time I call in I was told they're in the middle of a cycle which is blah blah for we're not doing anything but we're going to collect your monthly fee and drag this out as long as we can. They don't call you back. They did nothing to fix my credit except for drained me of $1,200. Do not give this company any money. You're better off buying lottery tickets."

"I signed up with Credit Saint because they advertised a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. After more than 120 days, I requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the results I received. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. When I questioned the work being done, I was repeatedly told, "I see on my end we did," but I was never provided with documentation to support those claims. The information I saw in my account did not match what I was being told. When I requested a refund, it was denied based on claims that results had been achieved, but I was not given evidence identifying which items were removed or when those results occurred. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt that many of my conversations with customer service focused on selling me additional services. Based on my experience, the advertised money-back guarantee was not honored as I expected. If you're considering this company because of that guarantee, I recommend reading the terms carefully and requesting written documentation of any work performed and any claimed results."

After 8 months of being with credit saint and only 4 items removed from my credit profile I felt as though credit saint promised more than they can deliver. They obviously were able to remove some accounts. However I believe the generic, cookie cutter dispute letters were immediately rejected by the bureaus. "Warning to anyone considering Credit Saint. $193 was withdrawn from my bank account for a service I never knowingly signed up for and never agreed to pay for. I had no idea I was even enrolled in anything with this company until the money was already gone. When I called to try to resolve the issue and request a refund, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t been in their program for 90 days. That made no sense because I never intentionally enrolled in their program in the first place. They insisted there was no miscommunication, but there clearly was, because I would have never agreed to pay $193 for something like this — especially given my financial situation at the time. Taking money from someone and then refusing to refund it based on a technical policy, even when the customer says they never knowingly signed up, is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Be very cautious before giving this company any personal or banking information. Monitor your bank account closely."
