"I feel credit versio they have every excuse in the world when you ask for a refund to not provide it. I feel its definitely a scam outfit. Dont go with credit versio scroll through videos of facebook and youtube instead and get real help for free instead of paying for generic letters from credit versio you may end up in many lawsuits like I once I started using credit versio once i began using facebook and youtube for free I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and am getting the lawsuits dismissed and cleaning up my credit for free. Credit versio to me is somewhat of a sca outfit."

"A 3 star mean neutral because I haven't try them yet my comments are for someone wrote Lexington law if you like being dragged on for months and paying money then go ahead use them they just settle a huge millions of dollars law suit i got back 900.00 in mail for the money I spent of credit repair services that probably own by Lexington law I will say removing negative items usually take 30 days to 60 days do your own research and stop applying for credit while you are fixing your credit"

"Would not recommend. I have had a mark on my credit that I was trying to remove since before 10/1/25 which is still on there. I asked for help with writing response, I have emails stating that they would assist and all on 2/8/26 - their closed on 2/8/26. Not to mention one of the credit agencies didn't "recognize" them when receiving their letter. I was told on a call that it was common for that to happen - yes i have that call recorded. Not that great of a company if you're not recognized by the credit bureaus. I still have the postcard from the credit bureau."
