I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent decision regarding the refund process. As you may recall, a refund was initially promised, and I had expected that the executive team would be consulted before any changes to this decision were made. I would like to bring several concerns to your attention that have prompted my decision to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities - 1. Misleading Information: - It was communicated that entries had ceased to be sold, yet triple entries were still offered as compensation for the IT issues. I have received evidence from multiple sources, including screenshots (This was advised by someone but the posts have bow subsequently been deleted), which question the accuracy of this information. 2. Terms and Conditions Discrepancy: - The terms and conditions associated with the rewards package pertain to memberships or one-time packages, neither of which I had signed up for. My involvement was solely in entering a competition. 3. Lack of Timely Notification: - The postponement of the draw occurred not once, but twice, without efficient notice provided to participants. Timely communication in such situations is crucial for maintaining trust and transparency. 4. Official Oversight: - While there was an official present during the draw, it was concerning that there was no confirmation of the validity of the first two numbers drawn, which appeared to be blank non-entries. I genuinely believe that this experience should serve as a learning opportunity, not only for myself but for your organization as well. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and work towards addressing them to demonstrate your commitment to fairness and integrity. I am eager to see a resolution to this matter that reassures not only myself but also the individuals I have spoken to, that our trust in your organization was not misplaced and that we were not victims of any fraudulent activities.

Extremely disappointing. Recently I was supplied with 2 different discount codes from Harls. I did as any other person would and input both codes resulting in a $0 total? (This shouldn’t happen in the first place). I then received an extremely unprofessional text message from Harls accusing me “tampering with the system” and he advised that all of my tickets, including previous tickets I actually did pay for previously were disqualified. I was expecting the $0 tickets to be cancelled but to disqualify all of the tickets I did pay for were all cancelled with no refund. This bloke is clearly way over his head with the amount of issues he is having with this comp and is clearly cutting corners. This is not a reputable comp. Don’t waste your time or money

Only comment is that it is expensive for what the prize is (compared to other competitions business with cars and houses as the prize).
